The main body is a plastic electric junction box. I added assorted resin and metal bitz. I'm not quite finished, but almost. I'm pleased with the way it turned out. The stand-alone radar is from a deodorant stick and the plastic plug from a new door. |

That is some badass terrain! Is the dish of the smaller bit from a deoderant stick? |

I do believe you've discouraged me from building any terrain, because of the fear that it will melt when compared to yours... The painting is great and the detail is sharp. Amazin'! |

Sweet. Lots of flat spaces to put minatures. Great shape and use of detail and the orange oxide main colour pops. |

Very inspirational! And also provides yet another advantage of proper personal hygiene. ![]() What are the catwalks fabricated from? |

Thanks. The catwalks are made from plastic 'grate' in .22 bullet boxes. It holds the rounds upright in the container. I save mine after an afternoon at the range. (and I've been known to sort thru the bin for more.) |

One of the old hands at my club has made enough Necromunda terrain to cover around 7 square meters at last count, almost entirely out of the same .22 packaging. Wish I had have thought of that before I decided on 9mm. I make all my own ammunition, so no funky packaging for me ![]() Beautiful terrain with some really creative ideas there. Nicely painted too. Where are the 3 minis from? |

Nothing wrong with 9mm. I love my Sig. Just can't make too much terrain out of the packaging, is all. The figs are RAFM USX Modern Day Heroes. One has a Space Marine scout breather head. |

Wow, that is a wonderfully detailed piece of terrain. Really nice work on the fortifications too. Are they scratch built or bought? Any chance of getting a better angle on the side with just the one catwalk? I'd love to see the little do-dad inside that other fortification. |

Thanks man, I'll take better pix this weekend. The sandbags are resin. I tend to consolidate little scenic pieces whenever possible and this seemed the perfect opportunity to put a bunch to work on one base. |

I'm a Glock man... But that is mainly because that is what I was first taught on, and I'm hoping to join the Feds where the Glock would be my sidearm. Not a bad little piece all in all ![]() I didn't catch the use of the resin sandbags, I was distracted by the building itself. I'll just echo my praise from earlier
