HANUMAN THE MONKEY GOD sent my the latest huge booger to send poop down the legs of my little lead joes/jolenes: the ALIEN QUEEN from the clix folks. this thing is a real beauty, and best of all, i did not have to do anything except open the box and set her on the counter top! have not got to play with her yet, but, i am looking forward to doing so ASAP! the only lead and plastic folks not testing their REPS when i set her down were the three RED BLOK SPETZNATZ KOLOSSUS powered armor troopers and the seegar smokin' KARMAN (gorilla twin of RON PERLMAN), who is also wearing KARMAN powered armor and armed to the teeth. and one GORKA MORKA ORK BOY (judging from the look on his face he is not bright enough to know the meaning of fear; he might be having bowel troubles, but, to me, he just looks very dim witted) who just stood there with a massive 37-mm caliber revolver in each fist while radiating DDDDDD-UUUUU-HHHHHHH . . . thanks BOB! she has a new and happy home - right now she is peering at me from the shelf over the computer monitor. . . I have just received this young lady from Micro Minis... Harriet Kinsley She is a two parter and seems a wee bit tall for 28mm. She is heroic in height. She will be added to my Soc against mischief force. I got some Bio tech bases. These are cast inserts for your bases. They would also make nice hatches for your terrain. I also got some of These too. I also think that Doc Spitt needs a servant so I got him one of these. |

I'm a dark future figure junkie, I'm absolutely in love with the minis. never tried the rules though. Between the old dark future minis, the new Warlands stuff from aberrant games, hotwheels cars, and plastic 1:72 kits I've fallen completely in into 20mm~22mm for my post apocalyptic gaming. |

I would like to think that 20mm to 22mm would fit my gaming nicely, but I'm so heavily into the 28mm that switching over would just add to my ever growing, unpainted, not dusted, just plain ignored pile of lead. |

Recieved my latest shipment of "stuff" and was somewhat disappointed. I got one set of each of Pig Iron's "Kolony Militia" special weapons teams along with a pair of Hasslefree's male armatures. The armatures are supposed 28mm scale but they seem awfully small. Not sure if I'm going to be able to use them. I also recieved two Anima Tactics minis. One was purchased with the intent of using it's head in the same project as the armatures. Since that armatures are too small, there's no real point in having the head now. The other mini was a complete screw up. I wanted a Wissenschaft Agent yet, for some strange reason, I ordered a Church Agent instead.  Happy with the Kolony troops but the rest is basically a bust.

Sorry to hear that Sky, don't fret though, save the minis you can't use now, you never know when you'll find a use for them. So not a complete loss. |
