I would call her a heavily-armed Lara Croft wearing a corset and leather jacket along with a combination of hot pants and thigh-high leg warmers. Armed with an SMG in each hand, a pistol under each arm, and a pair of sawed-offs (or muskets) across her back. Not sure if she's a suitable Vaultie but she is definitely cyberpunk/post-apoc material. |

I've just received a package from 15mm.co.uk, containing a whole pack of Imperial Troopers from their Laserburn range, two Laserburn motorcycles with Imperial riders, and a HOF Light Tank, all at the 15mm scale. They are going to serve as my Earth Federation Marine Corps platoon fighting the Greys on Mars. I'll hopefully paint them all this month. So here they are: ![]() Uploaded with ImageShack.us Edited by Golan2072, Mar 6 2011, 04:28 PM.

$5 for a 28mm miniature!! Getting expensive to collect... but my newest purchase is Chronoscope's Gallup, Zombie Survivor. I will not be using the guitar, and he'll fit a PA environment easily. |

My copy Battle Troll Rules came from the Dec.-Jan. '87-'88 of SAGA, Newsletter for Ancients by Terry Gore. Well worth their weight are those Newsletters. I miss MWAN, and I never find many back issues. Now days, I don't buy any Hobby Magazines at all. |

Recieved my tax refund yesterday and decided to undergo a bit of "retail therapy". Ordered the majority of the Feral Cultists from Black Cat Bases, a pair of Marauder LSVs from Fenris Games, a bunch of bits from MaxMini, a few Malifaux figs, and a varied selection of Reaper Master Series paints. I'm considering getting a couple Geckos/Gohanna's from Old Crow and a couple Nova-Rus Bears from Antenociti as well. I'm a bit leery about the Old Crow stuff due to it being from 25mm and thus looking too small. |

Got back from COLD WARS and purchased - amongst other goodies - a pack of "SCI-FI 41 Two Orangutans with Guns" by Sgt Major Miniatures - http://sgmm.biz/sciencefiction.html![]() Because sometimes flinging poo just won't do. Base to top of head = 31mm. Also, packs Sci-Fi 11 & 12: Space Cannibals 1 & 2. "Reavers" by any other name... |

Put in a small order with Black Hat for some of their Hard hatted jumpsuit fellows and a pack of their cobalt female agents. This is related to the pipeline I mentioned.. |

Yes. No interest. Reaper has become very hit-or-miss for me. I used to buy a fair amount of their Chronoscope line, but many of the subjects or sculpts fail to excite me enough to part with my ever dwindling hobby budget. |

![]() Chronoscope is with me a hit or miss also... mostly miss. The ape was interesting because of Ape-X, the pole doesn't make for a good pose. It's one of those "Diorama" poses not a playable miniature pose. I preferred Ape-X, which I purchased. I haven't assembled and painted him yet, but I will use magnets to best take advantage of his hand options. Edited by tinker, Mar 16 2011, 04:53 AM.

There are a couple of the Chronoscope Pulp Villains I like. I may purchase the second Phil Ollie sculpted Brit Colonialist blister. Or save my caps for a box of the Wargames Factory British Infantry to step further down the Daffest Africa and VSF. Have you seen the new GW Dark Eldar ships? I was wondering how well they would do in a VSF game. |

Speaking of reaper, I couldn't resist grabbing the chronoscope Bonnie fig. The face however is way off imo, like a mix of chin chan and tsim fuckis. So, I'll be attempting to stick a gasmask on her. never tried sculpting one before though, any tips or ideas? |

I like those chronoscope figs ,some real cool minis in there .I've been thinking about gas masks too Ironblood. Havn't tried it yet but I think green stuff the mask first ,the part that lies next too the face then cut thin slices of plastic tube for the filter stem I guess you would call it then like a small green stuff grill to cap that off. Im sure somebody around here has made some ,I think Dimitri. I will see what I can do |
