Somebody knows anything about this miniatures? i thought they were 25 mm, but they are somewhat taller as 28 mm, but thinner... just have some GW minis for make comparison on 28 mm, but GW's are disproportionate (big head, etc...)

I've got all the figures in your photo and they're a real blast from the past. They were made by Ral Partha about 20 years ago and are meant to be 28mm scale. They are very nice figures but have been out of production for may a year now. Great find, Pauix!

By the way yes, i found them very useful. Now, i have to think about the base docoration for them. I'll paint them as i'll finish some few minis!

EDIT: Vapifan! i was looking nto your blog, but can´t find some ral partha minis for making a size comparison with other developers! They are compatible with hasslefree ??

Pauix- I have several of the Brujah and Sabbat. I'll see if I can dig them out and take some comparison shots of them with figures from other manufacturers. Ral Partha tended to work in "true" scale rather than "heroic" so their human figures often seem thin and scrawny compared to others.

Vampire the Masquerade is the property of White Wolf and Ral Partha made the figures under license. I don't know for a fact but I'm pretty certain that when Ral Partha was purchased by FASA, that license was lost. You can search Ironwind Metals (www.ironwindmetals.com) but I don't think they carry/produce any of the old VtM figures.

[Edit]

Here you go. The black primered ones are various Ral Partha Brujah/Sabbat. The others are Reaper, Hasslefree, and Copplestone respectively.

Hope that helps.

K-Mc, I know of no gaming stores that will accept an AARP card in my area, but about 2 dozen funeral homes that will give a discount.

To Sykoholic: thanks men!!! It's a shame the difficulty for purchasing that miniatures. Hope some day somebody will take the license and can remake that miniatures. I love them!
Thanks for the comparison! As i suspected, the size it's 100% compatible, so i can purchase some hasslefree and reaper minis and mix them. :Arr:

Hope some day somebody will take the license and can remake that miniatures.
Sadly, that will probably never happen. They have been out of print since 1996 and, as far as I know, there have not been any Vampire the Masquerade figures since. VtM itself was discontinued in 2004.

@Pauix. Sorry to take so long to get back to you but in the meantime, Skyholic has answered very eloquently, so thumbs up to him (thanks, Skyholic). I doubt if we'll ever see this line produced again so hang on to your figures. Regarding compatability with the likes of Hasslefree, they'll fit in very well. I look forward to seeing your painted minis when you get round to doing them.

@Pauix. Understood. My own lead mountain has grown substantially this month as I've been sending away for lots more figures than usual in an effort to beat the dreaded VAT increase due next month. God knows when I'll get round to painting them all but at least I enjoy painting figures.

@Pauix- While trying to find some more info for you, I found this little gem. It is photos of all the VtM figures that Ral Partha produced. It looks like you already have the majority of the line and there aren't very many to begin with as the line was only in production for less than three years.

Anyways.... hope this helps.

I only bought a few Mage and Werewolf figures but almost all off the Vampire figures. Now, I wish I'd bought at least one of everything. Hindsight - sigh!
