I've been receiving my ebilBay auction winnings over the last couple of days... lots of spikey space perverts (aka dark eldar). Im just trying to track down a couple fo specific colours so I can get started on repainting them (well some will definately need cleaning and reworking to get upto standard first ofc). |

Mal - Do you prefer the old ones to the new ones that are going to be released? I love the new plastics. Other companies are coming on leaps and bounds with their plastics (Mantic, Bolt Action etc.) but nothing seems to touch GW's stuff on the details. I'll be picking up a box of the new Wyches anyways... |

Im split on the new stuff, some is really nice, but some just looks silly. I prefer the old jetbikes and raiders to the new ones, but the infantry is much better with the new ones. |

Did the unthinkable and bought a 5 man box of GW space marines, despite having never really liked them. I have conversion plans mixing space marine and IG parts for a less techie armoured troop style and if they come out as I'm hoping I'll post the results for all to see. If they don't work out, this is the last time I'm mentioning the idea.

Just picked got the 2000AD Under city gang from the Arcane miniatures sale. Its a nice selection of minis that would suit a PA setting, especially for a scavenger/survivor gang and mutant gang. There is one guy with 3 arms! Nice figures. I have been planning another mutant gang for a while so some of these minis will go into that. The others will fit another Scav lands gang - the Iron Tower Wasters. The other mini I got was a Rezoulution Ferryman. I plan for him to become some sort of bodyguard or merc. Although he would also fit my Pictsie tribals nicely. |

I've been dealing with the miniature dry spell due to lack of money. It does give me a chance to start painting a couple of Wasteland factions so I can playtest the Banana Tyrant's 'Neutron York 3000' rules. |

Today's 15mm's are the new 28mm's. The casting quality and amount of details are simply amazing! And they are easy to paint and quite cheap, too... |
