I've been happy with their stuff so far. I was thinking of making these two cars with removable front seats so I can pop a standing model in them so it doesn't look too odd, but they're smaller than I'd anticipated by about 5-10mm's. Should work though. I'm looking forward to having my Nazi super villians pick one up and hurl it into a group of Allies! EDIT: Spelling... Edited by Ross, Aug 27 2010, 11:51 AM.

Oh yes... Bloody nice. They're orcs and goblins are really characterful too. Some really nice minis for roleplay too. From the Dwarven Hero pack I've got a female dwarf with a dress, cape and crossbow. There's my Dwarven Inquisitor for the Pathfinder session this weekend

Lots of parcels arrived for me this morning! The Quar finally came so thats 8 partisans, 8 crusaders and 3 croftyrans ready to prep! And my Eureka pre order also came in, with 9 Rhodesian Light Infantry (great looking figures, can't wait to get these guys in paint as they look like they just stepped out of a photo) and 7 USMC Force Recon Opperators (Tears of the Sun anyone?)and something from Black Tree to put away for Christmas for a certain young lady of my aquaintence

I'll be posting up piccies of my Quar hopefully this afternoon after I get chance to clean/assemble them (I also got some more super glue so I can fix the broken MG on the Char FCM2C and carry on painting that) And I certainly am Tink - although they are rather large as she doesn't think she'd be very good at the fiddlyness of standard 28's. Any idea what you'll be getting Layla as her first figures? lol |

I really haven't got a clue to what type of minis to buy Layla. Might start her off with some 54mm knights. Too bad there isn't a 54mm set built to empower girls to gaming, and building up the knowledge they can live on equal ground as a man if'n they fight for it. Then, I could convert one of the knight's to represent Joan Of Arc. |

I won a couple of fairly cheap 1:43 scale busses from ebay, well ones a coach and the others a school bus... both are going to be post apoc-ified and given over to the nomads... I've decided to give them a lot of vehicles due to the fact that im making terrain for every factions except the nomads... |

Well um I kinda bought some mini's at partizan.. I wasn't planning on spending much if anything but ended up getting a unit of Siberians' for SOTR. Now need to get some miliput for the gaps

Just ended up forcibly kick starting my early plains wars stuff again by buying a keel boat, and various mtd/dismtd figures from eBay (scalp hunters, mountain men, Texas rangers) and North Star (Irish brawlers, Apaches armed with muskets & 2 sets of Trent miniatures revolting slaves as I fancied the figures and i'm sure I can work them in somewhere as renegades/pirates/runaway's/etc) There are also lots of Quar on the way for my Briuthday Some much lowely lead... now I just need to get around to finding time to paint it!

I picked up a bargin pack of kids diecast vehicles from tesco's today, perfect scale for 28mm, got a car, flatbed van and a dumptruck... all for £5. I may have to buy the other 2 lines also... Other than that, im just waiting for my Ramshackle order to arrive so I can get cracking with some PA vehicles goodness. |
