Thought the 15mm lovers out there might like these :) I've been wanting to build some shanties for a good while now (28mm), these are some lovely inspiration!

Sweet find! Especially the corrugated card source. There is a Scrapebook store not too out of the way from me, I'll have a look.

Glad you folks like them. These were simple to do. The later ones really started to benefit from the learning curve and in the future I think I will go with more mixed material buildings and fewer structures using just the corrugated material. Also, I'd like to find a way to integrate doors and windows into the construction.

Thanks,

-Eli

Thanks for the welcome folks!

Thank you all for your kind words on the shanties. I have to find time to paint them, but they have not been forgotten.

Also, I did indeed draw the avatar. It's just a hack job thrown together in paint depicting the post-apocalyptic version of my pretty standard Emu character. Her has appeared in a number of guises from Cosmic Emu, Captain Emu, Brigadier Emu, even a Green Lantern Emu.

Thanks again,

-Eli
