I'll have to see what I can do on that. Do batreps work when fought over the "two big books and a stack of CD's on a small table" landscape?

Yeah, they work. Just don't refer to them as "two big books and a stack of CD's on a small table". Give them names like the Big Book Hills, the CD Marshes, or Small plateau  Sell the Sizzle, not the Steak!

if you want to get sneaky about it, use books of different dimensions and throw a green/brown cloth over the table and books... its not quite as obvious that way.

And it only costs you your mothers curtains.

Alright, time to dust off this thread and give it a minor update. Was pleased to find that my local (OK, other side of London but still) non GW game store have started doing the Reaper sci fi line. Nice to finally see these for real and get a better idea of the good stuff, and here's my first batch of Reaper characters that'd be right at home in any PA world.

A not Mad Max hero, a techy looking female adventurer, a lady gunslingler with a cloak (could make a cool nun with guns), a "mad" scientist (he prefers the term "sanity challenged") and a skull masked merc.

Here's the links to their prices for each. They don't have nearly everything in the shop but will order it for you if they don't. Single "average" sized figs tend to range from £2.70 to £3.40 and since it's UK the postage costs aren't horrible.

Ragin' Rambo's- A mercenary unit and living proof that actual real life good guys do still exist in the Nu London wasteland, they're not just myths. And that those good guys fortunately are trained to the old special forces standards and have enough firepower to rival all the nasty raiders, zombies, corporate troops etc. They've modelled themselves on an old action legend from before the apocalypse and their veteran leader Sly carries a very rare and powerful plasma blaster.

A group of Warzone Capitol troopers both 1st and 2nd ed. The 1st ed ones I've had for years and they've had 3 or 4 paintjobs before this. The leader has a flamer which I decided to repaint to look like a Fallout-ish retro sci fi plasma pistol.

Another shot of the Filthy Animals Raider crew, who've gained two new recruits including a sexy raider chick since we last saw them.

They're all EM4 savages each one converted in some way, with mohawks and tribal feathers traded up for snazzy hats, a hew hairstyle for one guy and a welders mask head for the flamer guy, along with weapon conversions here and there. These guys would be right at home among Fallout's raiders.

Whether they're faithful friends, feral foes or filling food, dogs are an essential part of any post apocalyptic landscape. Here's mine.

A mix of GW, Shadowrun and Warzone for the doggies.

Nice set of doggies.

Like how you have used several Warzone miniatures in your gangs.

Another great gang. I like the uniform gang colours. The Dogs are good too.

Thanks. Warzone is one of those ranges I still have a real soft spot for.

I think I've ballsed up and meant to say Ral Partha rather than Shadowrun, since the two in question (they have a sculpted base) came from the fantasy range with a handler who has long since gone AWOL. Oops. :$

Which ones are the Hellhounds, are they the GW ones? I got these ones from a a bargain bin so am not exactly sure what they are aside from being GW.

Alright, a bit more stuff to post. Firstly, two more ganger chicks who will more than likely be joining up with the Wasteland Foxes.

A GW Escher juve, and a Street Violence street girl playing dress up in a sexy cop outfit.
