Administrator Posts: 3,669 Group: Admins Member #1 Joined: Jul 22, 2008	Moving North Location: Red Forest, The Zone, Mattblackworld. Rules: Stalker Oblivion. Some Stalkers are on a scouting mission checking out the area near the dreaded Brain Scorcher and the best ways to the complex with your brain intact. However the Stalkers will need to cross a lot of turf in the hands of the Monolith Culties. The guys are seriously crazy and well equipped. The mission is for the Stalkers to cross the Monolith territory. They must exit the opposite table edge. Marked One, Ghost, Doc and Twitch approach the Monolith Territory. A Monolith cultist patrols the area. A couple more are camped out behind the ruin. Two more patrol to the North. The Stalkers move forwards trying to keep to the ruins. The Monolith patrol spots them and move forward getting into decent firing positions. Catching some Stalkers in the open one cultist open fires wounding Ghost. Ghost hopes that his modified suit will help him heal quickly. The other Monolith cultist moves closer to the Stalkers. The cultist shoots at Twitch the burst catches him high and he crashes to the ground. The other cultie keeps the trigger pressed on his assault rifle. Ghost takes another bullet and falls. So much for his suit. But the culties burst doesnt end there and Doc is taken down by two bullets. Marked One is left standing and moves to a better firing position. Spotting a cultist moving to flank him Marked One quickly dispatches him with the Sniper Rifle. The culties from behind the ruin moved up and open fired on Marked One's position. Marked One takes two bullets. He wonders if it is time to pull out. The other culties move to Marked One's left flank. They hope to close on him whilst the others pin him. Growling Marked One raised his sniper rifle and sent an cultie trying to pin him to Monolith Hell with a single bullet. Quickly Marked One switched targets and his second bullet killed the other cultie firing at him. Like all good snipers, Marked One follows the fire and move rule. Quickly he sets up a firing position and catches the sneaking cultists unaware. His first shot smashes the front cultists head into a pulp. Marked One's second shot dispatched the remaining cultist as he gaped at his comrade falling to the ground. Marked One quickly collected his stuff and checked on his comrades. Ghost and Doc were both wounded. Twitch was dead. Quickly Marked One distributed medi packs to his comrades to stabilise them. He looted the Monolith cutlists and passed additional medi packs out. Placing his comrades in a safe place Marked One moved on to scout the North. A couple hours later he returned with a bad head ache and helped his comrades back to the Freedom camp at the Army Warehouses. There is no way they will be able to get to the brain scorcher without some sort of protection from the field it generates. Victory to the Stalkers. Edited by mattblackgod, Oct 21 2009, 06:31 PM.

My quicker way of putting up batreps went wrong. Ta Ross. The monolith camo is a grey base with almost tiger stripe patches of black, white, bestial brown and olive green. Put some patches in various angles too. It was a quick paint job! All 5 painted in less than an hour!

I cant remember where I found it, it may have been some sort of online comic. I tend to save anything I see that might be use as a poster (some I modify). Unfortunately I have long since lost the picture on my PC (dratted thing drashed).
