GOOD MORNING (MY TIME)! HOKAY, DANNY or some other kind soul that lives here and is also a member of BADDAWGS_LANDING over at YAHOO GROUPS, poor OLE DAWGIE has a problem he cannot solve, and needs your help. two problems actually. for some reason MAC will not download the SKANK rules from the SKANK home page. have not a clue as to why, but, MAC just refuses to download SKANK. i wanted to create a free SKANK rules file folder over at the LANDING, to spread the word of the post apocalyptic gaming universe and rules to play in same with your toys. i spent the majority of SATURDAY downloading assorted free rules sets into the BL files for others to look over and hopefully play test a time or too. would someone please do this for me? i would be very happy and in your debt, too. DAWGIE |

Righteo - It will be in a day or three boys. I am off to Germany with work - to the home of the Luftwaffen and the sites of the old Messerschmitt/Junkers factories. So behave or you will all be grounded when I get back!

Have fun Danny! Work thought your job was photographing scantily clad ladies... Well have fun and unlucky it isn't a week or two later Oktoberfest! Guess where i am off to next year?! Would have been this year but i didn't really have any idea what i was doing... But hey at least i can get the beer at aldi and some sausage soup as well (ooh err) |

Gents - I return and all on the work dollar! Working for a living finally pays off! We went for some Eurofighter "meeting" on all the new stuff we are adding to the EF Typhoon. The EADS (the German aircraft builder) site is on the old Messerschmit site and shares part of the Luftwaffe base that is still there. They have a Willy Messershmitte Strasse there and a a museum (which I did not get too see. Maybe next time). We then went to oktoberfest in Munich. Man that is one hell of a party (lederhosen aside). Good too see the Germans wont let Al-Qaeda stop the party. There was some sights but all good fun. My long locked up beer monster was let loose. Lads you will be glad to know that in the great tradition I worked hard to out drink all my German and Spanish collegues. My British ones too (I seem to have become a bit of a legend in work!). As for the ladies...  Boys if you ever get the chance, go to this party. It is worth it! The next day in the labs we spotted a Me162 Komet (a still flying replica one) getting towed out of a hangar. I was in awe, I saw pictures of them as a kid but I never thought I would see one in the metal even if it was a replica. Sadly we had to catch our company aircraft back so we never got to see it fly.  Edited by mattblackgod, Oct 2 2009, 09:40 PM.

I always suspected you wanted to wear leidhosen Ross! You know I was thinking the same thing about moving there. They do seem to get better looked after and they have a anthem you can sing when drunk. Of course law enforcement tends to be of the "you will get hurt if you are anything but polite" but then any one daft enough to argue or insult a armed copper deserves everything they get. Makes me realise what a crap job the British coppers have.
