Yeah the first pieces is very good. The rusted out vehicle has some charm too. So does the 3 piece china set, though it will make very distracting terrain.

All those pieces look really atmospheric, I like the way you have corroded them! I bet a whole table of stalker terrain would look amazing

More stuff from the Zone....

I was in need of one of the big scrap and rubble piles that seem to turn up in the game so I made this...

Posted Image

The following bits are designed to fill a small table with cover and are in part inspired by the Stalker movie and fallout 3. They are foam bead packing on CD's as bases. Some of them have been knocking about on here for a few months now. They should give plenty of cover and block LOS.

1st one.

Posted Image
1st one other side.

Posted Image
Check out the Russki girly poster on this one! :D

Other side of the above.

Posted Image
A really old crumbling one

Other side

This was a lump of porous foam. Plenty of plaster on this and it makes a great collapsed bit of rubble.

Posted Image
Other side

Posted Image
A random rubbly one. Lots of hard cover here.

Posted Image
A alley way

Other side

And the other other side! :D

Posted Image
Another one with great field of fire potential. The crate makes a nice loot or objective marker.

Posted Image
Other side

Posted Image
A nice L shaped one - I went for a more industrial feel to this one.

Posted Image
The other side - the air vent is a self adhesive cable tie clamp. One of the joys of being a sparky! :D

Posted Image
Then there is this one....watch that leaking can of toxic goo! It is a old car fuse with PVA for the goo.

Posted Image
The other side. The circuit board and some old scrap of plastic bracket gives a industrial feel (dont throw anything away!)

I like the ally way. I think i'd like to see a longer one. It would have the comfort of cover unitll someone pokes an automatic weapon down it!

Cheers guys. I might make more as they are fairly simple and I can get a small table covered with easy.

As these are rubber beads they are very durable and dont melt when sprayed. :D

Looking good as always, I myself find CD's are a perfect size for standalone terrain.

Cheers. I just found some more of this rubbery packaging (its for sensitive electronics apparently, as it is non static). There is also a couple of random lumps of poly packaging laying about. I might do a ramp of collapsed concrete slabs just to give a height advantage and a T section or two.

Looks good Danny - that sort of small terrain is great for littering across the battlefield!

GREAT stuff DANNY! i really like to use CDs for small terrain clusters.

something else i used to mount aquarium plants on then terrain up, are el ceheapo plastic poker chips from the DOLLAR STORES in the USA. $1.00 plus tax buys 100 round, sturdy bases which are idea for created lots of independent tall grasses, bushes, and etc to be strewn about the tabletop.

Thats an good idea Dawgie! We can get pretty cheaply here too. I may have to invest in some for my grass and what not.

And don't forget that the horrid fluorescent coloured plants work pretty well for alien world stuff.

Time for some more Stalker Terrain - right from the heart of the Zone!

What lies hidden in Factory 175?

Posted Image
The factory is a plasticville Fire station on a base with walls.

Posted Image
The inside has been left empty so I can either make a stalker camp, a looting site or maybe the entrance to a secret underground lab....
The wall posters are from the Stalker game and can be found in many factories in the game.

Posted Image
Outside - grass with white glue drying! Whoops! :D

Posted Image
This has taken me a good two and half years to put together. I kept getting distracted.
