Work has also slowed down now as I am building some terrain for my first comission. When I get them done I will get back onto this one!

Finally put together the warehouse or way station for this one. When i base it i'll put a bit of a fence and parking next to it. Most likely some boxes and pallets if i can do them outside and inside.

I still need to do the floor for the second level, and a nother wall for it also. The plan is to do a shingled roof, i'll let you know how that goes.

Great start! If I may be so bold as to make a suggestion, when you do the floor of the second level. leave a big section of it missing over the loading/unloading area. Makes it easier for forklifts as they don't have to worry about the mast hitting the roof.

Good idea Ross! I've actually thought of that, though i was thinking more of the chance for gunmen to shoot people coming in the big doors. But having a forklift liscence i see the practicality of the suggestion. :) Oh. And this is mounted on a base now, along with the rest of the buildings.

I've finished the construction phase of the warehouse at this point. Will add some gloop, paint and stain later today. If it dries enough i'll start pasting on some of the World Werks stuff tommorow and have another update.

Thanks guys. Here is how the warehouse looks after gloop, paint and stain. I do need to paint the 2nd level wall with a hole in it to look like it caught fire however.

It's dry enough at this point, though it has a bit of a woodstain pong. Hopefully by the end of the day it should have all the World Works stuff pasted to it and the base and also some invading shubbery. Though i am thinking of adding a little shed to the corner of the base, but i'd like to see it completed before i go ahead with that idea.

Bah! Got the call to go into work, which cuts my taerrain party short. I have done the most of the ground floor at this point using the Mars Station World Works walls, i use Mars Station for the grubby pavement.

Why stain the walls? It looks sloppy and unfinished compared to the Worldworks stuff?

Other than that though it is all looking great :)

I was going for a grubby look on the walls with the stain. Using the World Works stuff on the outside of the building may make it look a bit neat.

I was considering doing that however, and then going over the paper with the stain. What do you think? I may have to give it a test. There are plenty of brick and outside textures i could use from other sites to.
