DO y'all know what a soddy is?

it is the OLD WEST version of a hobbit house dug out of the side of a hill with a wooden, stone, or adobe front. one was prominently featured in that old western with BURT LANCASTER, AUDRY HEPBURN, AUDIE MURPHY, LILLIAN GISH and DUG MCCLURE which i do believe was called the UNFORGIVEN, the orginal UNFORGIVEN.

that would make a very nice terrai piece for an OLD WEST game.

.

that was what the family was forted up inside of when the COMANCHE's came to get AUDREY HEPBURN

Squatting Neville  A variation of Chevy Chase as Squatting Dog from the movie "Man of the House". Love the quote:

Ben Archer: [Ben has to choose an Indian name for Jack] How about... Squatting Dog?
Jack Sturgess: [Jack gives him a surprised look] Squatting Dog? That's the best you could come up with?
Ben Archer: I had a dog once who had a terrible case of the squirts. He was my best friend in the whole world.
Jack Sturgess: Didn't you have any other pets?
Ben Archer: I had a squirrel named Numb Nuts.
Jack Sturgess: [sighs] I think I'll take... Squatting Dog.

 Schrod-Cat you're correct, Soddy is the resident of a Sod house. And a Sodbuster is a farmer...
