So, I'm super buzzed about playing some Sci Fi games. I play enough 40k as it is, but I'm after something different. Having played .45 Adventures and thought it was ace I picked up the Fantastic Worlds and Planet X rules. There's all the classics in there... ray guns, robots, flying machines, evil scientists, alien overlords... it's soooo cool! So I'm putting up some pictures of the cooler miniatures I've found so far! ![]() http://www.bluemoonmanufacturing.com/view_product.php?product=BMM140 ![]() http://regimentgames.com/ (These are sculpted by Bob Olley) Speaking of which, I also picked up lots of Scrunts from Olley's Armies before they shut down: http://www.olleysarmies.co.uk/galleryscrunts.html And discovered a range of miniatures I'd never heard of before... Alpha Forge http://www.alphaforgegames.com/homepage.html ![]() ![]() Almost forgot these! http://www.pulpfigures.com/catcode.php?range=Wierd%20Menace&code=PWM&number=18&custID=58164282101245329641 And a few other pieces here and there... mainly some Modern Copplestone and Foundry figures to convert into human space adventurers. And plenty of old 2nd Ed./Rogue Trader Tyranids to go nuts on... Also, the GZG 15mm Drones and Mobile Artillery look great as remote vehicles due to the scale difference! Looks to be lots of fun, yet another genre to jump head first into! Edited by Christian, Jun 18 2009, 12:55 PM.

I really like those bubble helmets, I can really see the appeal. There's some nice grey aliens on another thread I can't remember who makes them though. |

Hey I hadn't thought of Hydra Miniatures... although I have seen the Galacteers before. Thanks for that! The other one is Bronze Age Miniatures... very classy stuff there. Pretty much any fantasy race can be denizens of a far away planet! I'm thinking of using the old Citadel Ungors as little Imp-like aliens. |

Marvin is what robots should be like in my opinion ![]() A Hitch Hiker's miniatures game would be sooooo cool. There is so much awesome material in the books that would make for awesome adventure games. And the Vogons would make awesome ... And don't forget the Ravenous Bug-blatter Beast Of Trall

I can safely say I have never seen that figure before in my life. Does anyone do a Hitchhiker's range? |
