Does anyone know who if any, do wild west characters in 15mm? I'd almost bet a nut that someone does some, but I don't know of anyone who does. |

If all else fails remember that the easiest thing to make war weird is with Zombies ![]() Find a heap of 15mm zombies and call them the slaves of Nazi Germany. Then grab a heap of yanks or poms from Battlefront and you've got a good zombie show down on the western front. Oh, and check out Dream Pod 9 They do a Gear Krieg line of miniatures and some card minis which look kinda cool. DP9 are the guys responisble for Heavy Gear. Well, they could be used for Mechs in WW2 I guess ++edit++ Oh, WW stands for wild west... Not weird war... Ah well, zombies. You need zombies

Don't worry - when I first saw the title I thought it was weird war too! |

Wild West all the way! As an alternative to 15mm, you could try 1:72 plastic cowboys that I think it's Revell do. Although Im guessing they'd be pretty generic. Looking forward to seeing some stuff. |

Going to grab some samplers with my next Eureka order, then work from there (I've never seen 15mm up close properly, I've been a 25-32mm man so far). |

Really? You've never had a run in with Flames of War? That's 15mm... 15mm has to be my fave scale to game in. |

Nope, never given it a go. Up until late last year I'd never even heard of it before, though since I've looked longingly at all those prepainted tanks in the toy shops. Plus, for that sort of thing I'd want to be as accurate as possible but that means picking up plenty of publications (although not a bad thing) on the subject, thus pushing the "introductory price" up further. |

There is always the local library and, dare I say it... The internet? ![]() If you check the Flames of War website, it's a very simple URL... Flames of War They've got lots of historical information there on the various theatres and force compositions. There's data everywhere... Just go looking ![]() Edited by freebooter, Apr 18 2009, 10:51 PM.

Heh... I've considered it. I've been keeping an eye on DP9's Gearkrieg range of Weird War for just that purpose. Find some 15mm zombies and you're set

15mm zombies? Depends if you want specifically WWWII ones. Otherwise, 15mm.co.uk do relatively cheap "Generic" ones. |

I'd definitely go with Peter Pig as they do a good range and the buildings and trains look excellent too. The Irregular ones scale pretty much perfectly with them. |
