The sun went down and the ground started sort of grinding.
A blinding light tore across the sky.
A cyclone swept the landscape and left it completely flattened out.
And several twirls of smoke unfolded like gigantic flowers.

The way the morning broke was quite unusual.

That's a really good idea with the magnets. I like that spiky log on the front of the truck, that looks well painful!

as far as i know none of the hotwheels or matchbox cars are magnetic. they use an alloy of non ferrus metals to keep there toys from rusting.

the vehicles are the actual resin utility trucks aberrant games produces for the game, all i did on the wip one was chop off the stock bumper ( the one that looks like 2 pipes) and drill some 1/8" holes for the magnets. Then I added a bunch of extra crap to it from various 1/24 car kits and scratch build a toolbox for the backand used the small axle rod from some hotwheels/ matchbox cars wheels as an antenna behind the cab. With the painted one I chopped the back end off and built a new bed out of plasticard and craft sticks. Then I tossed some cut up sprue a gw servo arm and a Warlands buggy wheel in the bed. I did however use some matchbox wheels for the back.
