In a bit of a building mode due to apathay and sweet raining weather, I've put together a Taymia Jagdpanzer 38(t), a little something to give B.A.I.T some trouble:![]() Was an awesome kit to put together, very easy and straightforward.... not like the Hobby Boss' Sherman I'm trying to belt together... |

That's a nice model, this WWW2 stuff looks pretty interesting. I was just having a look through the miniatures showcase there's so much good stuff there. |

Oh... Hobbyboss? I've picked up a few of their T-34/85's. Beautiful kits... But I'm stuck on the tracks. Now they are a real trial... It'll look great once I'm done though. What scale are you using for your vehicles? |

And that's not all of it Dicehead ![]() Stuck on the tracks Ben? The tracks for the Sherman I've got are a one piece rubber band. Though, from what I've noticed, I've already got left over pieces (They give enough track suspension units for 3 tanks!). |

I have put that Hetzer together, nice little kit and the tracks where easier than I thought they would be. I converted it into a APC for Aryanrieche. I have seen other WWW2 stuff that uses them as converted german APCs. ![]() |

Hope mine looks that good Dan! Had a brainwave tonight, then when I picked myself up I got to work. ![]() The idea is, a SS convoy whizzes through town dropping off these big crates full of Zeds (yup, RE3 movie!). Actually, they were going to be Zed Bombs, where the crate would be dropped from the sky with parachutes, it'd hit the ground and charges would go off blasting a wall out. But, I didn't have anything for the shute at hand so I thought I'd start with the 'ground' version. |

Cool, thats a smart idea. Are you going to make open chutes? How about paper mache around a ball of the correct diameter? |

The idea was to have 'em landed with the shute draped across the top, still will do that I think, but I'll worry about it when I have a bunch of Ally grunts and SS heroes. Played a heap of COD: Big Red One and have a mad idea of having some massive WWWII games with the Allies as the defenders, supers launching attacks, boxes of Zeds falling from the skies, the Dog Faced GI's coming in to save the day....

Ah... The Hobby Boss kits I've got have plastic tracks... They've got a long piece for along the base of the track and then the rest of it is all single and double track links. Far too much work

Yours sounds very similar to the Taymia one, though it all slotted together easily once you popped the first one on the driving gear. |

Nope, he is a heroclix figure. Major Maxim I think. I use him as a cyber construct. I think there is some flull in the Aryanriech thread: Aryanriech thread ![]() A close up of said mini. He had a slight drybrush and got the AR three legged swatsitka added to his armband. I got him off evilbay for a massive 10p....

these crates vaguely remind me of the missiles in Halflife 2 that dispensed headcrabs... in function more than form, obviously

Ahhhh head crabs! I love that level with the crazy old preacher when you're running around on the roof planks. And the beach level where you gravity gun the jeep then hop in for a tour of the coast. |
