That's a great looking piece of scenery Ross! It makes me think of that freaky bit in Terminator where the kids are playing and the nuke hits.

Thanks Dicey, I recon that scene's pretty creepy too, that's why I thought I'd give it a go, though now I need a swing set and a tricycle...

Not sure if I mentioned this... but I probably did: the credits in the new Wolverine flick have a really cool Weird War theme which stretches as far back as the ACW to Vietnam. Simply put: the whole thing is awesome.

I've lost a bit of interest in playing WWW2 because my friends don't want to now - no excuse when Nuts! can be played solo!

Anyway, always good to see the diversity of your output Ross. Keep it up!

I have read that somewhere (I think it was a post by you including spoilers and plot flaws over on AU) and I've managed to see a scant second or two of the battle scenes during WWII, definitely looking forward to seeing it too!

I kinda know what you mean when you're keen on a genre on your own, I've lost a fair bit of motivation at the moment, partly due to time constraints and work as well.

With an amazing amount of luck I might get those last two bloody Simians done tomorrow night.

More on the subject, have ya seen this bad boy? http://www.reapermini.com/graphics/gallery/4/50031_w_1.jpg Reaper dropped their prices and this miniature is still $13 US. I thought about buying it when seen at my LHS, though it's old stock at $17!!

Huzzah! I'll defiantely be getting those at some point, but I'll need to get the gaggle (well... 20 or so) GI's for AC57 off my desk first, and then give myself a break from painting olive for a while before I get these fellows...

"I guess" he says :P

Are they the same size as the Kriegspiel figures?

I'm launching into a bit of a retro space phase in a bit so I'm getting some figures together... how do those Space Monkeys fit in with the whole thing?
