Cyan City, set in a large clearing in the forest, is a small, rural, almost unknown ninja village that hosts the first Pokemon gym in the Fiwi region. This small, hut-strewn village is famous for its pharmacy, who's apothecaries grow various herbs and are known for their excellent medicines, antidotes...and poisons. Young and old people alike here all gather every day and train in the art of ninjutsu under various masters including Jason Black-the town's gym leader.

As such, it is revered as not only a pinnacle of technological advance, but is also said to be a place "where dreams are made into reality". The Gym Leader here, known as Lyon, accepts challenge for those who wish to obtain his Mech Badge.
