1.Messages that promote illegal wares or activities (e.g. ROMs or MP3 file sharing) are definitly prohibited. 2. Messages that contain anything sexually explicit in any way are prohibited. Do not use inappropriate avatars, custom titles or signatures. Using any of these site provisions to show sexually suggestive/unpleastent sexual imagery or text, profanity, religious, social or personal slandering is a serious offence. 3. Messages created to upset or distress other forum members, along with any other forms of flaming, are prohibited. 4. Plagiarism (stealing and claming own) of other people's work in any way is strictly prohibited. This includes failing to state that it is not your work. It results to a perma-ban. 5. Threads or posts created purely to increase one's post count, along with any other forums of spam, are prohibited. 6. The message board is not, under any circumstances, to be used as a chat room. 7. The total size of all images in your signature must not exceed 100,000 pixels. Image widths must not exceed 600 pixels. 8. "10charlimit" and anything similar is prohibited unless explicitly specified. 9. Public criticism of the moderation of the forum is strictly prohibited. 10. Consecutive posting is not permitted. Use the edit button if you need to say more. Updating topics is allowed only with discretion. You'll first be told not to do it, then we'll proceed with warns upon breaking the rule more than once. 11. Posting in topics that are past the one-month cutoff point is not permitted. If updating a topic, the topic creator is allowed to revive the topic. This does not apply to pinned topics. 12. Harrassment or advertising through the Private Messaging System is strictly prohibited. And if reported, you will be banned. 13. Making more than one account and posting with them both is not allowed. Contact an administrator if you lose your password. 14. Linking to personal sites and forums in threads is not permitted. Please only put such links in signatures. You are allowed to use links to cite a news source or similar. 15. Identity theft is a serious offence and is strictly prohibited. Identity theft, especially of moderators, staff or administrators, will result in an immediate perma ban. 16. If you're not a mod or an admin, do not tell other people that to do if they are breaking the rules 17. Do not abuse smilies by using them too much. The limit for use is 10 smilies a post. 18. Please do not speak chat language (i.e. doez u likz mudkipz? or I gtg and brb) ------------------------- These rules are coherent and common to most online communities. We respect freedom of expression, but we know what is and is not acceptable. If these rules are breached, the offender will be dealt with as deemed appropriate by the administration and moderation. Also, with an admins desision, we can un-ban people or take warnings off. We can: 1. Edit and delete posts that do not comply with the rules. 2. Lock threads. 3. Move/merge threads. 4.
