Censorship does "suck", but this isn't a matter of censorship. This is a matter of good parenting. What really "sucks" is when parents and older family members don't care about the content of what is going into their kids mind. We have a little 5-year-old that we babysit with my brothers... they don't watch their language and say stuff he doesn't need to hear. And then he repeats it to his mom... If he's not a complete idiot, he won't start to suddenly speak profanity every two minutes because he likes an explicit song (a 5-year-old is a completely different case). I know what you mean with the whole good parenting thing, and I don't disagree with you. Thinking an unserious song is going to corrupt a 12-year-old's vocabulary or speech just strikes me as being overprotective, but whatever floats your boat (no pun intended). If you insist on getting him an edited version, buy the CD at Wal-Mart.
