[flas h=250,210]http://www.youtube.com/v/z7SeHqxOVYc[/flas h] The [flash=250,210] starts the code, and means that the video will be 250 pixels by 210 pixels. Then, the middle part is the URL of the video. When watching the video, you can find the URL in the address bar of your internet page. Then, the last part [/flash] ends the code.
