Senjiro's smile trembled a bit, and he scratched the back of his head with a muttered "Um, sure." It was always akward when people were this obviously insincere -not that he thought Atsuko was a bad person, these attitudes often meant the person wanted to keep others in a good mood. Akward, but fine by him. Though there was the possibility she was being sincere, Senjiro was well aware of his own obliviousness regarding yukata. He blinked. He'd missed whatever the girl had told Hideki, being lost in thought about festive clothing and whatnot. He did however hear at least half of the boy’s response, and raised both eyebrows before stating what to him was the obvious solution: “Get a lighter orange one, Tachibana-kun.” Being a Taiyoutono student surely he could afford one, and unless his parents were a special kind of controlling there was no reason Hideki wouldn’t be able to dress as he wanted. Despite his disregard for anything fashion, Senjiro would hate to draw attention with bright colors, and… and now he was spending a good chunk of mental energy in thinking about yukata. Yeah, he should get one and observe results, he was very curious now. To his relief, Senjiro found the girl’s next reaction to be definitely genuine. He smiled brightly at her, and opened his mouth to answer only to see Atsuko had already turned around and was rushing ahead. His brows furrowed, and he turned to Hideki with a confused look. “I uh, guess she really likes magic girls.” A light chuckle after, he started walking after her too, not before grabbing Hideki’s arm only for a moment, pulling him so he’d walk a little faster. Once inside the store Senjiro made a beeline for the exact aisle and shelf he knew he would find the newest Sumapurizi; not without making sure first his two companions saw where he went, waving at them and pointing behind the corresponding bookcase. At the shoujo section the boy held up the bright pink volume, carefully searching for any damage to the pages or any sign of the plastic being torn. If Atsuko liked magic girls so much, she'd appear next to him any moment now for sure, or so he thought. Edited by Parorou, Jul 3 2018, 01:48 PM.
