WHERE THE FUCK IS MARIO
Posted Image

So hey wouldn't it be fun to answer these questions?

1. Super Mario World
2. Dante from Devil May Cry, if not him probably Liquid Snake. I have a thing for badasses with great hair I guess.
3. Criminally underrated game series known as Ryu Ga Gotoku, no I'm kidding. Err, I'd have to say Alter Echo. It was a neat little platformer that didn't try to do much but suceeded with it. That or Radiant Historia.
4. Sometimes I boot up Guild of Dungeoneering and everyone on Steam usually rides my ass about it.
5. Keats from Folklore (Another great game you should all play.)
6. Marie from Persona Golden, a canon fanfic character sounds like a great idea Atlus. If not her then probably Stuffwell from Mario and Luigi.
7. Uhh....... Snake and Otacon. Nah ok... idk man couples never really work in vidya. I like bromances more than romances.
8. Probably The World Ends With You or any of the Yakuza games. If I had to pin it down to one it would probably be the soundtrack from Nier.
9. Sephiroth killing Aeris Probably the ending to Yakuza 5 for me. That kind of made me cry. That or the ending to MGS3.
10. DMC4 Special Edition, hands down. That or one of the million fighters I've played. Garou Mark of the Wolves.
11. PS4, because this is for the players. If not that 3DS
12. EVERYONE SHOULD PLAY YAKUZA.
13. MGS3, I have completed it over 30 times.
14. Aww shit uhh.. this. was my wallpaper for a while.
15. No Context.
16. Any of the Yakuza games, or maybe MGS series or DMC.
17. Adachi or Hazama. I have a thing for a villain who's just aware of how evil he is and its like 'yeah, so'.
18. Probably Kiryu or Majima.
19. I'd love to live in steampunk alternate world mixed with fantasy land
20. Fighting games
21. Best story? MGS3.
22. MGSV
23. Okami.
24. Terranigma for SNES.
25. Psycho Pass: Mandatory Happiness
26. I DWELL ADMIST THE ABOUNDING LIGHT OF HEA- no. The best voice acting for me is any of the Yakuza games. Sue me for repetitive answers, but you can hear the emotion in every line.
27. I don't know about ever but Raiden's call to Armstrong was pretty cool.
28. Platinum Games, though they've been on a bit of a backslide.
29. Hrmm... probably Split/Second. I don't like racing games but man its fun.
30. Of all time? DKC2.

when ur team wipes but ur ult is at 15%
1 - Pokemon Yellow.
2 - Kratos from Tales Of Symphonia. That or John Marston or Artorias from Dark Souls.
3 - Tales Of Xillia 2. Alternatively Lightning Returns: FFXIII, two JRPG sequels that went "fuck it" and bet everything on being the best hilariously broken messes they could.
4 - Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. I know it's toxic shit made to siphon your money, get off my back.
5 - Yuri Lowell, because he's the coolest motherfucker.
6 - Platinum from Blazblue can go die in a fire.
7 - SolaireXSunlight Maggot. Sexy.
8 - Furi or Nier.
9 - The battle against Lady Aestrea and Garl Vinland from Demon's Souls. In the same vein, every "you fucking asshole" moment from any Soulsborne game.
10 - Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance. It doesn't get much better than that.
11 - PC for the moment.
12 - Undertale. Yes, I know, memes and all, but it's an experience.
13 - Did I tell you I love Tales Of Symphonia? I probably 100%ed it about 5 times and played through it ten times.
14 - There ya go
15 - Just chillin' with bae
16 - The RE games always have really awesome cutscenes with great cinematography and choregraphy. MGS is also pretty cool, I guess.
17 - Gaius from Tales Of Xillia.
18 - Yuri Lowell. Cool badass who takes no shit and just verbally destroys every fucker that comes his way.
19 - Bloodborne's. I'd die horribly, but at least it's pretty.
20 - Metroidvanias and JRPGs.
21 - Tales Of Symphonia. Not a hour in and you have concentration camps.
22 - Tales Of Symphonia 2. We don't talk about that one.
23 - Bloodborne. No game has ever had a stronger or more coherent art direction.
24 - Zelda: A Link To The Past. Just about perfect.
25 - Yakuza 0.
26 - Persona 3.
27 - Fighting Jubileus in Bayonetta.
28 - From Software, Platinum also.
29 - Game Dev Tycoon. Not a fan of "tycoon" games but this one's good for some mindless fun.
30 - DARK SOULSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS

Thinkin bout abs
Prepare for half these answers to reference Snake Eater in some way.

1. Can't remember exactly, but it was either Oregon Trail or Super Mario World.
2. Even though she doesn't really have any character per se, I really like Samus Aran (note: Other M is not canon regardless of what the powers that be say). Just a badass space bounty hunter who kills without remorse and isn't afraid to genocide a species or two in order to you know what she actually sounds like Satan, doesn't she. Whatever, she's still great.
3. I'm a basic bitch and normally only play relatively popular games. However, a friend of mine showed me a game that he said only one other person he has ever talked to knows about. It's called Brigadine for the ps1, a tactics game with surprisingly strong ai and permanent death (albeit for faceless monster units). It was pretty fun the couple times I played it.
4. Nothing I'd really consider a guilty pleasure. I guess Catherine just because it is a REALLY difficult game to explain to less weeby sorts.
5. Speaking of Catherine, you can basically replace any of the patrons of the bar with me and you wouldn't notice a thing. I exist and I drink and that's about it.
6. I can't think of any especially annoying characters from games I've played, so I'll just say Marie because everyone can agree on that.
7. I was gonna put this as a joke, but James and Mary Sunderland are the only couple I can think of that I enjoyed. Question never said they had to be happy, right?
8. This is definitely subjective, but literally every piece of music in the Wind Waker puts a big fat smile on my face.
9. Definitely the end of Snake Eater. It's hard to beat how emotionally draining that entire scene is.
10. Jesus, that is a big question. Uhhhhhhh, I mean the Unreal Tournament and Quake II Era of first person shooters were basically so good they had nowhere to go but down, so those.
11. I currently play on my pc and 3ds, so those.
12. Dude I have a list, but I'll just say one, I guess. I don't think anyone is going to say NBA Street Vol. 2 so there you go.
13. Most of the Metal Gear Solid games, Fire Emblem 7 and 8, all of the Half-Life games; I remember playing through Metroid: Zero Mission several times in one sitting on multiple occasions.
14. I don't have a game wallpaper on my computer at the moment, but I have the Snake Eater theme on my 3ds.
15. COR BLIMEY!
16. MGS cut scenes are great because they're basically just feature length movies. If you don't have time to watch 3 hour dialogue drops, Silent Hill 2 had beautifully shot cut scenes.
17. Muthafuckin Ocelot.
18. Also Ocelot. Big Boss is the exact right amount of goofy and badass that I look for in a protagonist.
19. You know that one part in Skyward Sword with the boat in the desert? That part that is the only good part of the game? THAT IS THE COOLEST SHIT I HAVE EVER SEEN, PLEASE LET ME LIVE THERE.
20. I don't really have a favorite. If the game is good, I play it.
21. Snake Eater and Silent Hill 2 are tied for me.
22. I was pretty underwhelmed by Awakening, but Fates sealed the deal. Intelligent Systems, why do you hate Fire Emblem so much?
23. I will stand by my stance that the GBA Fire Emblem titles had an actually perfect art style for what they were trying to achieve.
24. Picking a Super Nintendo game almost feels like cheating since it was such an amazing time for video games, but I'm gonna say Super Metroid.
25. Another long ass list. So long I'm not even going to pick one.
26. I mean, the Naughty Dog brand of interactive movies like the Last of Us and Uncharted definitely have some of the best voice acting, but in terms of games I actually like, I'd say Persona 4 has some really charming actors.
27. I want to say the final fight of mgs4, but that's probably because I'm a huge MGS fan and that entire game was created as fan service. The final fight in Wonderful 101 was basically Gurren Lagann, so that, I guess.
28. I like a bunch of game developers, but the only one that I consistently like most titles from has been Atlus, so them. Mind you, this is only because Kojima Productions hasn't made a game yet, so I can't officially start my cult.
29. I absolutely fucking hate grinding, so why do I love Nocturne so much?
30. Fire Emblem 7: Rekka no Ken. I love everything about it. Please play this game.

[uncomfortable whimpering]
1. Goof Troop for the SNES. I never figured out how to get past the first few screens.
2. That is a tough one. Solid Snake, maybe? A really entertaining, oddly-poetic super soldier who works perfectly with Metal Gear's goofiness.
3. Kid Icarus: Uprising! Absolutely my favorite 3DS game and the best Star Fox game ever made.
4. Call of Duty is fun. Not a "I would way $60 for this" fun, but fun in burning through a weekend and turning your brain off.
5. Kirby, because we both suck.
6. My mind immediately goes to Persona 4 Golden's Marie. Awkwardly shoehorned into a story that was already told, with the writing blatantly screaming "Look at our character. Please like our character."
7. Bayonetta and Jeanne are girlfriends and nothing anyone says will convince me otherwise.
8. Persona 3! Honorable mentions: MadWorld, Hotline Miami 2, Metal Gear Solid 3, DJ Hero.
9. Metal Gear Solid 3:
Spoiler: click to toggle

10. Metal Gear Solid 3's fantastic level design combined with numerous ways and paths to proceed to your objectives makes it a joy to play. Some have issues with the controls, but I always liked them: the slight awkwardness of shooting encourages the player to actually sneak.
11. My PlayStation consoles always get the most use of all my systems, but I still love my Nintendo consoles and PC gaming just as much. This is like asking me to pick my favorite child.
12. Persona 3's themes are generally so excellently handled (and completely unsubtle in their handling, which I think makes them more powerful than if the writing beat around the bush with it) that I highly recommend everyone play it. While it's certainly not perfect, there's some genuinely well-delivered stuff in there.
13. I don't think I've ever played any game more than five times, but Twilight Princess is up there.
14. I can't remember what I had on my PC, so does my PS4 Persona 5 Ryuji theme count?
15. Here's an old screenshot of my Dark Souls III gal.
16. A lot of people didn't like Max Payne 3's distortion effects and highlighted dialogue, but I thought they were a cool stylistic choice. Devil May Cry 3 also has fantastically absurd and/or hilarious cutscenes constantly.
17. I always liked Ocarina of Time's Ganondorf. He's a constant looming threat - even if he's not always physically there, his presence can be felt nearly everywhere in the game, especially after recovering the Master Sword. All of this adds up to culminate in the fantastic final confrontation with him.
Blue from the original Pokemon is also great for similar reasons, constantly staying one step ahead of you at all times - unlike Ganondorf, though, he's not afraid to find and mock you on your shortcomings. It makes it all the more satisfying when you manage to best him.
There's other antagonists I really enjoy - possibly moreso - but these two really stand out to me for some reason.
18. solid sneaky
19. I'm pretty happy with Earth, all things considered.
20. Good old action-adventures.
21. Hotline Miami's confusing, muddled narrative is super enjoyable and unique.
22. Hoo boy, did Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain upset me. I've never been so let down.
23. Before the hurricane of cosmetics and ugly paints destroyed the visual theming, Team Fortress 2's art and importance on making each class visibly distinct was very well-done.
24. Final Fight is pretty cool.
25. God Hand.
26. Metal Gear Solid 3 fantastically combines sincere, well-done performances with enjoyable ham from characters like Volgin and Snake himself.
27. Persona 3:
Spoiler: click to toggle

28. I have to go with the Nintendo EAD. Almost always enjoyable, and I wouldn't love games nearly as much if not for Zelda and Mario.
29. Watch_Dogs 2. I went into it firmly expecting another mediocre open world Ubisoft game and came out with a surprisingly enjoyable, pacifistic stealth game.
30. Metal Gear Solid 3 HD.
