Welcome to Bedlam, sorry that your family seems to have gotten entangled in something truly bizarre like this. I mainly first visited the ruins after your brother and the others had made themselves scarce, so I didn't have a chance to ever meet them.
Do you recall the last time you saw him? Specifically the date? We know at one time the Ruins seemed to be a research facility of some kind, maybe it can help us get a more clear timeline of just what happened there?

To be perfectly honest, this revelation leaves me with mixed feelings. But I am glad to meet you, and hope you are able to contact your brother in some way.
As for my question: In the event that someone reading this thread now has a chance to encounter Tsurugi, do you have any message in particular that you would like us to relay to him?

January 06, 2004. It's hard to forget. The decorations from New Years hadn't been taken down yet when he disappeared.

Post By: AmeNoMurakumoDate: 2014-XX-04 at 01:10 Fell asleep for a bit at my desk. This'll be my last post for the night. I found Mana's picture in Ken's senior book too. Looks like they're both in there. Kind of weird, now that I think about it... neither of them actually graduated. - GreatKhan

Tell him that everything in his room's still right where he left it, and that mom and dad and everyone aren't mad and just miss him a lot, and that he's got a brother-in-law who's always wanted to meet him, and there's always a place for him if he comes back, so he'd better hurry back home already.

Okay, so, Yellow has just today discovered Bedlam. Just now as we're also dealing with a Black Hood upsurge! I'm trying to get some kind of talk going there, it's what I was going for the day we met Gold down there (Rio, please don't ban Bart's account for now, I think things have been stagnating in a pool of shit long enough that "let's see where this goes" is just drastic enough to be a good idea right now). But the upswing in problems boiling over the rim of the pot right now has me nervous. We need to see about making contact with Ken Tsurugi and I'd like to get it done soon.
I've done some hunting around for good Persona-users with open schedules to accompany us. Unfortunately a few of my first choices for this expedition won't be available, so Jiro Takenaka and Yuu Matsuoka: I'd like to ask you to join us. I know neither of you are big-name third-tier veterans but that's actually why I chose you. I don't want Saya's brother to have any presuppositions about who's approaching him, either because they're former allies of Yellow or because he thinks they're allies of Gold. It's just weird enough that he hasn't been around Kogane for a while that I want to avoid a faux pas here.
That, and I was in both of your shoes once. I was the newbie and I was the one looking at the third-tiers to solve this mess while I focused on other things outside of the ruins. Now here I am, one of the big healer-types in the third-tier ranks and just as much a veteran as them except for the timing of my awakening being after all the big disasters happened instead of before. I have no excuse, and I don't believe any of us ever did, and that's why I want to ask you two to come with us this time. Maybe you'll see or understand something none of us do, maybe you'll be the ones with a fresh enough perspective to ask the right questions or give the right answers. Maybe when this is over you'll get some other "younger" Persona-users that you trust to really join with you, and us, in delving deep into the mystery of this place and fighting to put an end to it.
Are you two up for this, or should I look for someone else?

From: HotWingsTo: AmeNoMurakumo, UncleLono, C0ff3eGrrl, problematicSolutionerI'm undoubtedly in. The thing is though? I don't know Matsuoka-san from a stranger on the street. That isn't an insult -- i'm not trying to cause any sort of conflict here -- but i'd rather bring in someone that the rest of us all have at least an approximate awareness of. It goes without saying but i'll do it anyway. This is a delicate situation about Tsurugi-san and her brother more than anything else. The prospect of an unknown element that could jeopardize the situation isn't something i'd rather avoid. The way I see it the smaller group that can easily fill the essential roles the better. Lono's a scanner, we've got a healer and I can hit stuff pretty hard, generally speaking. The possibility of a volatile personality or possession or fuck, worst case scenario, monster form happening can't be allowed around this kind of thing. All we're trying to do here is reunite someone with her brother and keep the both of them safe. I can work guard duty easily by myself.

I only know Matsuoka through a secondhand recommendation and I barely know you past the point where you sort of tried to gank a friend of mine, so imagine how I feel.
I have a reason for not picking the people I'm familiar with for this one. A very wise and stupid friend of mine once basically told me it's a dumbshit mistake to stay inside my own little bubble. If you want to get to know each other over lunch or something while we figure this out, that's fine by me, but if we all stuck to people we know, things would be... approximately as dysfunctional and useless as they already are, actually, so find your sense of adventure and let's get this magic carpet ride a-flyin'!

Oh hey, it's the guy who was talking shit about my dojo in DMs again! Now we can actually see in person if all of your elitism's actually got anything behind it~
I've cleared my schedule. Parents are handling dojo stuff at the moment. Tell me when and I'll be there.

Reading the thread regarding Saya Tsurugi, I found myself very interested in the subject myself. Which is why I gladly accept the invitation you are giving me, C0ff3eGrrl. If there is an expedition planned already, hand me the time and date, and I'll be ready. And don't worry, HotWings, I'm sure we'll have more than enough time to get acquainted.
And so, she opened a new entry on her database of people. 'HotWings: Talks about others in their presence. So rude.'

I'm willing to vouch that everyone involved here is on the up-and-up, but whether my vouching means anything to you depends on you, I suppose.
Will I be needed on-site or as mission control?

@UncleLono:
I'll leave that up to you. Whichever way you think you'd do the most to help. With any luck we won't have to do too much fighting, so either way works for me.
@everyone:
Okay, then let's meet up as soon as all five of us are available, after school and college let out. That'll also guarantee if that if we need to call in help via the Blotter, people will be available to respond.
