After sending the required information from her Bedlam account, Gally decided to have everyone who wanted to come to stop by her place. After all, at the time her parents were working at the shop and she had the day off. "Hmm... maybe I should put out some snacks?" Gally wondered aloud as she glanced over to Crazy Diamond. "After all, I've got my computer here for them to see the info immediately!"

"Hmm. I suppose." Crazy Diamond answered. "But why ask me when you've already made up your mind?"

"No reason really, just wanted to see if I agreed with my own idea." Gally giggled softly.

"Maybe it'd be better to ask Yoko." Crazy Diamon replied, getting shot an angry look from Gally. "Well, you are two sides of the same coin."

Sighing, Gally flopped back onto her bed, then glanced at Crazy Diamond. "So, tell me... what are you actually capable of, Crazy Diamond?" She asks softly, biting her lower lip. "I mean, ever since I found out you were from a manga of all things, I gained that new power. So what else can you do?"

"... That's entirely up to you." Crazy Diamond replies. "Your potential is untapped, so its dependent entirely on your growth."

"Huh. So.. heh, you can either be a god or devil?" Gally teased while Crazy Diamond rolled his eyes at that comment. "Well, I guess if I had a choice... I'd rather heal than hurt, but there's a time and place for punching things into oblivion too."

Nodding, Crazy Diamond vanished shortly before Gally heard the doorbell. Hopping off her bed, Gally lightly jogged out her room and down the stairs. "Coming~" She called as she answered the door to see who first showed up.

The revelations of the past twenty-four hours had been staggering. Not only had Ms. Yellow reappeared, but she had given them a good amount of crucial information, both intentionally and unintentionally, and now everyone was rushing to make sense of it all.

But as much as Manabu wanted to be in the ruins and help those chasing after the woman in the photograph, he couldn't. No matter how much he hoped, it wouldn't make Kuranes come back to him any sooner.

So he had to do what he could.

In the end, it had come down to the CD, which a newer member of the community claimed they could repair through use of their Persona. Once the address and time had been sent out, Manabu had gathered his materials and began to make his way to the home of a certain "Gally Asamiya" (another foreigner?).

Which brought him to Gally's front door, where he had, until a few moments ago, been ringing the doorbell. The door swung open, revealing an adult woman of obvious foreign descent. He stared up at her for a moment, frowning (more because Manabu had met yet another woman who stood at least a head taller than him), and then, as was customary, grinned up at her. "Asamiya-san, correct? I'm Manabu Kaerunuma. Seems that I'm early; Proctor-san hasn't arrived yet."

He certainly hadn't expected to have to leave his house anytime soon to go over to a stranger's apartment to meet up with two strangers, but that's life for you. If you're Trent Proctor, that is.

For whatever reason, it seemed to be that a girl in the Nagashima Persona-user community could repair objects with one of the powers her Persona had - or something along those lines. He hadn't bothered to read her message too carefully. Not too long after, information had been sent out to him for him to bring over a CD he'd received from someone else. Said CD appeared to have important info on some events of Nagashima's past whose ripples were still felt today...

Contrary to Manabu's claim, Trent had indeed already arrived, a few seconds ago. However, after hearing footsteps coming from the other end of the hallway, he had willingly chosen to remain hidden from view to hear how Manabu handled the situation - it was just going to be easier on him if he didn't have to handle more social interaction than he had to. Right as Manabu finished his sentence, he took a step forward, and came into view, heading at the other two.

An interesting group they were. First a gangly and rather sickly-looking boy - or maybe it was just the dark rings under his eyes, somehow even more prominent than Trent's - and then an attractive girl he knew he'd seen before - that was Yoko Asamiya, from Bart's party.

Bart's party. He let out a sigh and pushed those thoughts out of his head. He'd already sorted that whole mess out with Hiro, and it was only his opinion that mattered.

"...hello." Much less eloquent and much more grim than Manabu. "...I have the CD."

"Ahh! Greetings, Kaeru-Bwuh?!" Gally kinda jumped back a step in surprise as the other boy appeared while she was greeting Manabu. "Err, ahem. Greetings to you both! Please, come in!"

Moving out of the way to allow the two boys entrance into her home, Gally smiled happily as she closed the door behind them once they walked inside. "Are we expecting anyone else?" She asks, leading the two boys upstairs to her room. "I've got my computer set up in my bedroom so we can check the data immediately."

In her room was a rather pleasant setup; She had a few plush animals decorating the bed, as well as a desk with a computer on it. She had a few other girly things stationed around the room, but she had seemed to brought up a couple chairs and a bowl of varios snacks for whomever else was going to show up. "Now, should we wait for anyone else or get this show on the road?" Gally says, sitting at the edge of her bed and motioning for the two boys to sit. "Oh and feel free to help yourself to the snacks!"

The sound of Trent's footstep was enough to make Manabu notice him, and he'd already turned fully toward him by the time Trent had started walking toward the two, CD in hand. Manabu smiled at Trent as he approached.

"Proctor-san, correct?" he said. He silently noted the dark circles under Trent's eyes, as well as his grim tone, but didn't comment on the matter. There were things he wanted to talk to Trent about already, ever since the topic he'd posted on Bedlam some months ago, but for now, they needed to go through the motions of greetings.

He followed Gally in, looking around at the room before following her up to her bedroom... and stopped dead in the doorway. There was... a surprising amount of glitter in here. And plush animals. Definitely plush animals. He didn't feel like he was walking into the room of a clearly adult woman so much as he was walking into the room of one of those really bubbly girls in his class, and suddenly Manabu felt like he really didn't belong.

He tore his gaze away from the pink and plush and took a seat in one of the chairs Gally had set up, slouching forward with his hands hanging between his knees. "I think we're the only ones coming. But before we go... Asamiya-san, can you go into more detail about how your skill works before we begin?" Manabu said. "You described it as 'returning something to its original state' before. If that's the case, we'll need to be very careful how we handle this..."

The reaction that Gally had to Trent's arrival was certainly something. If Trent was honest, he wasn't entirely surprised.

It isn't the first time someone reacts violently upon seeing me appear.

...the fuck am I thinking?

Manabu's reaction, on the other hand, was much less spectacular. He didn't know if he appreciated it or not, however. "...yeah. That's me." He wasn't about to ask how Manabu knew his name - for all he knew, he was in front of a high level analyst.

Following in the other two's footsteps, he stepped inside the house. Not too long after, they came to Gally's room and Trent had to make a considerable amount of effort not to visibly recoil. It was rather girly and bright, pretty much the opposite of the kind of room he himself lived in and was used to... but if he got matters out of the way soon, he wouldn't have to stay there for too long. He already felt his eyes were burning - it was a miracle he hadn't spontaneously burst into pink flames.

While Manabu handled the situation, he sat in silence in a chair. Since he wasn't hungry nor had anything to add to the conversation, he just leaned back on the chair, looking at the cd he was holding with both hands, slightly slouched on his chair. At least the gangly youth had asked a rather important question, so that would keep the two of them entertained for a while while he tried not to die from the girliness of the room.

"Hmm, that's a question I've asked my persona as well." Gally spoke thoughtfully as she stroked her chin. "From what I understand, Crazy Diamond's ability kinda fixes things back to an 'unbroken' state that I recognize. For example, if I were to say do this?"

As Gally spoke, she picked up a plush doll and literally ripped its head off. "Then I can do something about it, such as.." As she explained, the doll was covered in a warm glow and was pulled back together without any hint of what just happened to it. "I've tested it on other cds and as far as I can tell, it'll leave the information alone as long as that's what I recognize as its correct state."

"See, that was simple damage, but something more drastic would take more tries to get it done." Gally explains with a light shrug. "Lemme see the CD to ascertain the damage level of it. Then we'll get started if we're all fine with it?"

Manabu watched carefully as Gally wrapped the head off the doll, and then repaired it, and frowned. He leaned in, observing the seam (or lack thereof, rather) and then looked back up at Gally.

"While that's true, I'm not sure how it would work on a CD that you're receiving already damaged, rather than one you already owned. It may be a mental perception issue..." he said, straightening up. "Let's try running it after every cast. That way, we can ensure that information is being repaired, and not being removed."

The CD that Trent had brought was in obviously poor condition. The bottom was heavily scratched, large circular gouges carved into it. Dirt and dust was caked into these grooves, so deeply that they couldn't be easily cleaned out by disc cleaner and cloth alone. In one or two places, bits of the CD had chipped off. A black smudge on the face of the disc belied where there had once been a label, but time had worn it away. Clearly, the disc was very old.

Nothing quite better to break a facade of stoicism than seeing such a presumably girly girl have no qualms about ripping the head off a plush doll nonchalantly. Trent's eyes went wide and a frown drew itself on his face as the events unfolded before his eyes... right before Gally used her special Persona skill to repair the item as though nothing had happened.

More than impressed, he was incredulous. He didn't know a Persona's skills could be used for that purpose. He also immediately wondered if his own Persona, Alphes, would eventually learn something like that.

Upon Manabu's idea of running the CD after every cast, Trent looked around. "...where's the computer..." His intentions were clear, at least. Not finding one before the room fell to complete silence, he limited himself to opening the case the CD was in and pulling the item out. Saying that it was indeed damaged was an understatement - it was a miracle Trent's computer didn't spontaneously combust when the CD was put near it.

"...it's best if we begin the process now, I think. Asamiya-san...?" He offered the item to Gally, expectantly waiting for what would happen.

"Hrm, fair enough! I'll give it a shot!" Gally says with a nod, taking the CD from Trent. She then pointed him in the direction of her computer, which was in the corner of the room on a desk.

"Alright, Crazy Diamond. Let's try this out!" Gally says as her persona appeared and hovered in front of her. It wasn't necessary, but it at least helped Gally to clear her mind of any distractions. Taking a deep breath and exhaling slowly, Gally envisioned what the CD must've looked like before it was damaged so badly. She placed her hand over it as a warm light seemed to flow over the CD. At this point, some of the heavy gouges were gone and the CD looked cleaner than it initially was.

Opening her eyes, Gally inspected the CD for any signs of restoring it too far back. Nodding, she hands the CD over to Manabu and smiles. "That's the first level of repair done." She says. "Want to try it out and see if anything new is repaired?"
