you have no idea what kind of niche horror movies i've seen, Nightboy. I could probably name three indie movies that have done that same thing.
anyway
this is a boring haunted Shadow CD or whatever. I'm totally not copying any of those files because i need my laptop for my job and i can't have it getting evil monster viruses and stuff. Really the only cool looking thing might be the mental health report, but only if its written like the Biohazard files and stuff. should we try recording ourselves reading them spookily or something? might be cool!

Did a quick glance-through of everything and posted my impressions up on the document listings. There's a lot of information here, but the grand majority seems to be public record already. The question here is, why were they compiling this information?
Shifting gears to Ms. Yellow for a moment, I agree with Susaki on this point. This is out of character for her. We're certain this is the woman known as Ms. Yellow, correct? As far as I know, no one who was in that group has ever encountered her in person before. It could be that this was an imposter, or someone completely different.
In any case, I'm delving back into the files to read what I can in more detail.

Wow, Joe, chill. No one's faulting you for not sitting her down under a hot light and grilling her for all she knew. The important thing is that this is big and everyone got out of that unscathed.
But, it's also probably not a coincidence that she'd show up now, some time after we'd encountered several weird occurrences by the standards of the ruins. There were the Qlippoths, and now No Man's Land and evidence pointing to the ruins expanding over time. Now there's people who suddenly went quiet months before most of the current posters even came on the scene. Without actually putting a full investigation it's all conjecture.
Yellow being the only one who can actually answer questions if she's so persuaded is a good first lead.
Well, not having met Yellow ever and not knowing anyone who personally did, it would be hard to say what she normally acts like. But everything's worth considering. Is it a fake? Is it some kind of long con going down? Did something happen to her?
For that matter, where's Miss Gold? She went missing around the same time as Yellow, right?
Anyone who encountered her has anything more to share, we'd appreciate it. No detail's too small, after all.
And any attempt to go seek out and Yellow Again should probably have at least one or two people that actually know her other than just reputation, right?

Hmm, can't say I know this Ms. Yellow outside my reading the archives, but it seems as if something big is about to go down by the feel of all this sudden changes we've all noticed lately.
BUT! I feel as if I should mention a weird power my persona has. It can return organic and non organic things to a state back before it was broken... within reason. Sometimes it takes a few tries to do it, but a CD shouldn't be too hard! SOOO maybe we'd be able to get more info outta that CD should I get my hands on it~
Maybe there's more info on there to recover?? HMU should you be interested in trying!

If this Ms. Yellow was not the real one, who could it be? Maybe another staff member that was turned into a Shadow? I don't know, I haven't been around in the community for too long, and my experience with most of these things revolve around the archives and other people's reports.
As for the CD, I don't really know why she gave this to you. But there has to be a way to fix it! Hopefully you can help @OriginalG

First of all, good job on making it out alive!
So how much do we know about her? She made the Reaper and also made Kyousuke into a Shadow, and they're stronger than we can deal with head-on. Would she go out of her way to spring a trap on us? The worst that we've done is poke around her basement. The weird thing is that she's been trying to keep us out all this time.
There's no way it was just a courtesy call though! Whomever you spoke to has an agenda they want to push, and they're doing it from a really bad diplomatic position. So what changed? I think the stars must have aligned somehow for this to happen.

What changed, yeah. Maybe it's the ruins that changed, for all we know. I mean, those Qlippoth things are a new event, and so's the "No Man's Land" (good thing I'm Eowyn, eh???), and who knows about that inverted version of Nagashima and stuff... maybe that stuff means something to her that we can't know yet. Only way to know is to ask and hope she says something about it.
About the CD:
As someone with a lot of experience taking small, indecipherable snippets of information and seeing vital clues to really uncomfortable truths in them, bit of advice: context is everything plus infinity. That CD might not seem to mean a whole lot, but if we put it together with the other documents and pieces of information we have (or find later), it might end up being really, really important to figuring shit out. So, don't lose it, but don't expect to be able to figure out what it is yet, either.
By the way, in the spirit of "context is everything plus infinity," what did Yellow actually SAY about the CD when she gave it to you guys? She couldn't have just been all "here, have a ruins macguffin, LAWL." Did she say anything that might tell us why she thinks this would be useful to us? Even if it didn't seem important at the time? If it's not a clue about the CD, it might still be a clue about Yellow herself.
@Light_The_Hearth
If you want to come, I won't get all high and mighty and say no. But from what I know, you might be totally out of your depth with this. It's up to you. Just be smart about it.

I'll be glad to have you. Fucking hell, though, I've been a part of this Persona-user thing for what feels like decades and I haven't run into Gold, Yellow, or any of the big names the whole time. Not gonna lie, tiny bit nervous about going out of my way to talk to one of them.

@C0ff3eGrrl
I'm sure I want to come. I know it's going to be dangerous. And really, I'm probably extremely underpowered for this. But I will listen to everything you say, and I will do my best to stay careful.

Post By: KarmaRider Date: XX-XX-XXXX at 21:22 @C0ff3eGrrl I also wish to let my intentions for going with this group be known. I regret not participating in your last excursion and wish to make up for this fact. I may also be relatively new to this business, but will make full use as my ability as a ‘scanner’ and healer for everyone. The impact of this recent foray into the ruins cannot be ignored.

Post By: HorrorPrincess97 Date: XX-XX-XXXX at 21:23 no but seriously we’re taking the good word of someone who put that Reaper thing I’ve read about in the ruins? Why are we trusting the minotaur in this maze exactly? And don’t try the ‘well horror movies aren’t real life’ excuse for not taking my advice because I can literally shoot lighting from my fingers and there’s a ghost man living in my head. I think we all know anything is possible. including all of this being some sort of technological curse CD or something like off of Ring or Ju-On. Edit: I was going to make a joke about ‘no-one get busy near the ruins you’ll be the first to go’ but I think that’s in bad taste.
