Ugly Crying

Why the hell was she here? A Maid Cafe of all places. In her opinion, it was a place for horny otakus and sex-deprived businessesmen to live out their sexual fantasies of having a cute girl, (or guy) be their servant. She sat at the table, and tapped her fingers to the beat of a song. She couldn't hear much through her headphones, but she wasn't sure if she wanted to. "Excuse me, madam? Are you ready to order?~" A butler came over and asked the girl. Chizuru heard that and turned her head. The boy seemed to be about her age. And he was definitely handsome, but Chizuru blushed a bit and turned her head away. "... Just a small coffee, please." The butler raised an eyebrow, but was happy to oblige. "Right away, madam!" He scurried away from the girl, and she relaxed. He reminded her too much of Fumihiko. She immediately shook the thought of her head. She didn't want to focus on that, she wanted to focus on the reason she came to such a place. She wanted to ask if she could get a job, but was struggling to get up and find someone in charge. |

"I get the feeling something is bothering you." If Chizuru were to look across her, she would realized that there was someone sitting at the same table as her. A tall girl with a white hat gently sitting on top of her head, who simply came here in search of illicity activity. A maid cafe is an excellent place to identify any creep that might be a potential thread, and she needed to make sure it was surveillanced properly. Plus, she heard the food is rather good. When she entered, she noticed that Chizuru was sitting on her own, her eyes apparently staring at nothing in particular. She knew that expression, one of pondering and thought, was she perhaps trying to solve something? Yuu knew of one way to figure that out. And that is sitting in front of her and asking what was the matter to her, potentially scaring the hell out of her. "Good Plan Partner! Always Catch Them Offguard!" |

Despite Yuu sneaking up on her, Chizuru was hardly disturbed. She heard some talking over her music and turned her head. And immediately raised an eyebrow. Who the hell sits at a stranger's table? She sighed and turned off her music, then slowly took her headphones off and placed them around her neck. "Whatever is on my mind is hardly your concern." She replied coldly and waited for that cute butler to hurry on back with her coffee. The girl was now having second thoughts about the job. Could she really handle being a maid at this café? She would rather not have old guys slip phones under her skirt. Chizuru pulled out her phone and began texting her dad.
She slipped her phone back in her pocket, and looked up to see that Yuu was still at her table. "Look, lady. I appreciate the concern, but it's kind of awkward when you just sit down at some random person's table. |

"Wow, quick to anger I see." Yuu thought as she examined Chizuru for a moment. Looking around at the waiters and typing something on her phone? There was definitely something afoot here. "Why would it be? A cafe is built to mingle around with other people. A social gathering of sorts, that is unless you are up in something... Unsavory." She replied with, while glaring at Chizuru. Who knew, maybe she was intent on peeking at some butlers. Or maids. And almost in a heartbeat, she went from indirectly accusing Chizuru to presenting herself. "Pardon me, you don't know my name. Yuu Matsuoka, at your service." She said, doing a small nod. |

"Fuck off. I'm not into that kinda shit." Chizuru replied with emotion. She wasn't going to let this girl get under her skin. She put up a wall for a reason... A notification sounded on her phone, and sure enough, it was her dad.
A sly smile arose on her face. She loved it when her dad feared out like this, it was better than the stone-faced asshole look. But it seemed she had taken after him in the same way...
She placed her phone down and looked up at Yuu. Well, looks like she wasn't leaving anytime soon. Now she actually had to have a conversation with her. Great. "Chizuru Takasugi. It's a... Pleasure to meet you, Matsuoka-san..." |

As Chizuru replied to her clearly annoyed, Yuu didn't really bat an eye, her dumb smile and inquisitive look remained up. However, she did take special notice when she was using her phone. Due to the angle she was sitting, it was impossible for her to see what she was doing. "Maybe She's Seeing Some Hilarious Jokes!" Mu stated, to which Yuu didn't bother to reply. It made sense after all, why would you argue that? But then she put it down and introduced herself to Yuu. "Likewise, Takasugi-san." She simply answered. "So, what brings you to this corner of Nagashima? Exploring the odds and ends the city has to offer?" |

Naoki was no longer sure anymore how he ended up inside of the Cafe, but gods was there a massive hair of regret when he stood there staring at the... He wasn't sure if sights was an appropriate term. What had been an intent to just find a good place to eat and learn how others normally socialize had now become him standing out in the middle of the Cafe looking both lost, clueless, and purely embarrassed. Some may cast this as odd, and off putting. The man was in his usual rocker vest, and his grey jeans that had seen way too much wear and tear. He was ideally a punk in all terms of the word, at least in visage. In reality, his cheeks were almost as red as his hair was, as he struggled with the simple concept that he COULD just leave. "Fuck off. I'm not into that kinda shit." Came from one of the people there, turning and casting the two's table a long-lasting glance as he listened in a bit long, before looking away either when one would pay him mind (And mayhaps come off a bit shady) or when their topic lost his interest. |

"I was thinking about getting a job, but then I remembered I have dignity." Chizuru replied. But how was she going to get some money? An evil plan formed in her head. And she decided she would try to convince her parents to give her an allowance again. The consequences would be her working at a place that may or may not cater to a maid fetish. Her phone buzzed to alert that a text was received.
A smirk formed on her face. "Excuse me for a moment, Matsuoka-san, I'm trying to get my dad to give me money." She said in a sweet tone. Probably a fake sweet tone.
She smiled at Yuu and noticed a guy looking at them from the corner of her eye. "Hi." She waved at him. "If you would like to learn more about maid cafes, come over here." She said in a slightly sarcastic tone. Edited by kempan98, May 5 2016, 05:07 PM.

Of course, one of Yuu's eyebrows was raised as the mention of getting a job. So what was Chizuru's plan all along? Well, given her previous outburst, maybe she'd prefer a more intern job than being a maid, like maybe... Cooking? ... "Mu, are you thinking the same thing I'm thinking?" "Nope! What Is It?" She simply didn't answer directly, as she thought showing Mu what she meant would be ore productive. "... Now that sounds like an interesting objective, Takasugi-san. M-" She began saying, only to be interrupted by her answering her phone. But once she was finished, she continued. "As I was saying, may I ask what sort of sk-" But then, something else happened. A man that looked rather unkept appeared in the cafe, and seemed to have taken special interest in them. Yuu remained silent, while Chizuru waved at him to join them. And despite the tough exterior, his red face seemed to indicate that this was probably not normal for him. Could be he... Shy of maid cafes? Edited by Silverion, May 6 2016, 01:08 PM.

Right when the boy was about to leave, someone called out to him. Two girls sitting at a table, one waving him over and the other one sitting there and... Judging him. He was already bashful as could be, but now his cheeks had flared up twice over. To ignore the invite would be super rude, right? Even if it was... Well... A very terrible place to be. Regardless, the boy walked over, sitting down his backpack under the table, and silently joining the two strangers. His eyes staring blankly in the space between the two, as his face kept matching his hair in shade. Not... Entirely sure how to introduce himself here. A shy bad-ass, he was. |
