Despite what other people might actually think, Sio was clearly having fun while talking to Eun about the weirdos. She clearly liked having herself connected with other people, because that was her real nature. The image of a loner girl was merely a facade that she cultivated in order to gain the understanding of a reader who didn't involve themselves into the matters of the characters in a story.

Then, Eun asked her about her favorite foods, colors, subjects and hobbies. "I like sweet things, don't like spicy things, favorite color is blue, I like literature, my hobbies are writing and reading, and don't like physical activities..." she said, still keeping her flat tone as she spoke to Eun while answering her questions. "You?" like before she returned back the questions to Eun.

Eun's eyebrows raised and she let out a soft 'Huh!' at the quick reply. Wow, I figured people would normally freak out. 'Oh no, the weird quiet girl suddenly started talking a bunch!' But hey, I'm impressed. And I guess it's my turn so... she said, clearing her throat before continuing.

I like bitter and sour things, don't like salty things, favorite color is orange, I hate literature but love chemistry, my hobbies are looking stuff up online and watching people in the park, and I'm not too bad at physical activities but usually stay away from them, Eun replied, mimicking Sio's flat tone as much as she could.

So, now that we're acquainted, whatcha wanna do?

When Eun started mimicking her flat tone, Sio blushed slightly and looked away, feeling a little embarrassed that someone was mimicking her. But she just smiled, knowing that Eun was trying to seek out friendship with her. She really appreciated that gesture.

"What I'm gonna do?" Sio looked at Eun before she showed a small smile. "Dunno. Let's continue talking, then..." she suggested, tilting her head slightly to the right while looking at the other girl. It wouldn't hurt to know more about other people, the young author thought to herself. She wouldn't even mind to get herself involved with others, despite her insistence to remain at the sideline to be a mere observer. This time, getting involved with others seemed interesting.

"You have plan this weekend?" she asked. If she didn't, she might want to ask her to hang out at the city.

Eun had to think for a bit before responding to this question. She certainly didn't consider Sio a friend yet; it would take a lot more than a simple introduction conversation to earn her trust. But, if anyone had a good shot at it, it was someone that appeared to Eun to be the complete opposite of threatening.

None that I can think of. Got any good ideas? I still don't know the place too well, but I'm fine with going anywhere that's not the backstreets. That place creeps me out, Eun finally replied. I don't tend to get out much, I usually just end up staying at home on the computer or studying or sitting in the park or boring crap like that. Oh, I should probably give you my e-mail, here, Eun continued on, pulling a piece of paper and pen out of her bag - miraculously, without spilling everything this time - and writing down one of her five e-mails on it before handing it to Sio.

"Ah..." Sio accepted the e-mail before she decided to give the other girl her e-mail as well. Because of her being an author, she always brought a small notebook around in her pocket. She took it out, wrote down her e-mail, ripped a page and handed it to Eun. "My e-mail..." she smiled at Eun.

She had a feeling that she needed to have more interaction with the girl in front of her so that they could consider each other as friend. Despite her stoic image which she cultivated for the sake of her stories, she still wanted to have friends to interact with. After all, no one could live alone in this world, right?

Eun accepted the paper with Sio's e-mail with enthusiasm. Great! That takes care of that, so... she tucked the paper into her skirt pocket before continuing, If you got any ideas about where to go right now, let's hear 'em, otherwise it's time for me to hit the books! And when you come up with something, just send it there!

Just as Eun was turning to leave, however, she changed her mind and turned it into a full twirl, ending up facing back towards Sio. Ooooh or or or... Sio-chan, you said you liked literature, right? You could totally help me study! Eun voiced the idea that had just came to her. After all, she had the luck to meet someone who enjoyed literature, why not get some help on her worst subject?

"Will tell you later," Sio nodded. She hadn't decided where they could go just yet, but once she made up her mind, she would tell the other girl immediately. Then, Eun asked her to help her study. The author blinked several times before she realized what the other girl was talking about. "Oh? O-of course..." she nodded. But there's still one problem with that, and the young author needed to address such problem immediately.

"But I'm a second-year," Sio told the other girl. Because of her being a second-year, she figured out that they were probably learning the different things. But since Eun asked, it wouldn't hurt to help. After all, she was confident in her knowledge in literature. "But I guess I can help..." she said, smiling to Eun. Because Eun asked for her help, it's only natural to help her.

Eun simply laughed at Sio's hesitation. Sweetie, I'm pretty sure a first year knows more about this BS than me. But come on, let's go to the library! she said, once again leading the way to their destination.

As they were walking through the halls, however, Eun's demeanor suddenly changed back to how it was to start with; instead of chatting away while skipping along, she was staying silent and taking measured steps. Thanks for helping, she said back towards Sio as they passed another pair of students.

Well, while she didn't expect this, Sio just smiled as she followed Eun to the library. Because of her being an author, she knew that it shouldn't be a problem for her to help Eun. As she walked down the hallways, following the other girl, she noticed the change of demeanor in Eun. Before she could speculate anything about it, Eun thanked her.

She was slightly taken aback by the display of gratitude, but she then smiled and nodded slightly. "Don't mention it..." she replied to her before she continued following the other girl.

When the pair arrived at the library, Eun instantly spotted an empty table in the corner and made a beeline for it. After sitting down and pulling out her Modern Literature reading assignment and notes, she opened them up and turned them towards Sio, pointing at them. Again, she made a quick check to make sure no one was in earshot before whispering; they were in a library, after all.

It's just this weird ass book, what's it called... 'Wild Geese' or something I think, we're supposed to get the author's meaning behind it but I can't figure heads or tails of it, Eun explained, dragging her finger around the page. All I can really get is that it's some sappy love story! I'm terrible at reading into stuff like this!
