"School roofs are always popular, I blame highschool animes." Rozen pipped up, "most are off limits to the student body due to saftey regulations so there's a certain mystique to it." Rozen turned her neck, popping a few vertebra, " Added to it there's always a view of the city and school grounds, makes it a great place to have lunch... or sex." Rozen adjusted her glasses. "I've found a lot of couples up there after classes." Edited by CDYoung, Feb 1 2014, 11:56 PM.

"Having sex at the roofs? Eww..." Fubuki made a disgusted face when she heard that from the teacher. "It sounds pretty unhygienic..." she commented. Even if those students wanted to unleash their primal desire to each other, at least try to use a bedroom. Somehow, the idea of having sex outdoor seemed pretty ridiculous, because other people might end up seeing them. Now she wanted to know other places, other than the rooftop. She made a mental note to herself to avoid going to the rooftop, because she didn't want to end up being mentally scarred after seeing a couple doing 'this' and 'that'. "So, other than rooftop, anything else?" she asked Mia, trying to change the subject so that they wouldn't have to discuss about the rooftop for the time being. |

Oh, well of course. Of course if people think they have the privacy and that they could get away with it someone might have tried that. There was even an appeal to certain sorts that they might get caught at any moment. Inwardly? Mia was hardly surprised by Rozen's statement. That said? It was never in one's best interest to appear anything but a 'good girl' in front of an authority figure. Even though she had no interest in doing something like that, she didn't want to seem like she just shrugged it off. She glanced away, looking visibly flustered with her face reddening as she thought hard about the last time she was really embarrassed. "So…um, anyways… There's the cafeteria, the gym, and are you interested in any clubs? Joined yet? I can show you where they meet then?" |

Rozen glances at the watch affixed to her wrist. "The cafeteria sounds like a good idea." She said, "they should be getting lunch ready and if we hurry we can beat the early students to the fresh stuff." She said. "If either of you are worried about class demerits, I can write them off since I am showing a new student around." She smirked. |

Like what the teacher said, the cafeteria sounded like a good idea. Then the teacher mentioned about class demerits. Fubuki looked at the teacher in confusion. It was her first time hearing that since the first day she came to this school. Perhaps she didn't see it when she read the rulebook that she got before entering this school. "Demerits? They have that thing here?" Fubuki asked for clarification. |

She supposed so? Mia was hardly an expert on how Japanese schools worked. She'd been a student at one for like what? A month? But it did sounds about right from her perspective. To say nothing of the obvious fact that Taiyotono did quite a few things differently than the typical high school. "Sure. But that's not really something I've had to deal with. It's not hard to stay out of trouble, at least." That was something optimistic she could add. "But yeah, the cafeteria's a great place to go next. I'll show you where that is right away." She motioned fo her to follow and headed right there. |

Rozen followed along behind the two students. "It's Friday, right?" She asked out of the blue. "I'm asking because they always cook navy curry on Fridays and I've grown addicted to it." She muttered. |

Navy curry? That sounded appealing. Perhaps she needed to try it. "Navy curry? Is it good?" she asked the teacher who was following them. She was curious about a lot of things due to her being a country girl who used to live at the countryside. "And why is it called navy curry? Is the navy cooking it?" she asked. |

"Oh, I don't know!" Mia laughed. Honestly? She wasn't quite sure if she was familiar with it either. If she had to take an educated guess? The kind of curry that was served to sailors? Honestly, either she never learned that or did and eventually forgot it… |

"It's just a standard Japanese curry, but it's got a bit of a naval twist, like having beans and potatoes mixed in." Rozen explained. "It's called navy curry because of a tradition in the Japanese navy that started before the first world war." She continued, "they concocted the idea of having a standard meal on Friday to help the sailors not loose track of days while at sea. Every Friday, the sailors were served curry." She finished as they approached the cafeteria. "I personally like it because curry is just that good, and Japanese curry is like an entire meal over rice, though, as a European, I prefer bread."
