Oh my God, I LEFT THE STOVE ON AT HOME!

Four days after Shiori had begged her father Minoru Tsukuda to stop operating in Nagashima, Minoru received a plain manilla envelope containing pictures of his daughter, the photographer looking through the window to take them. With those envelopes was a note that said 'You'll stay in Nagashima if you want your precious daughter to stay alive.'

The next day, he was visited by his brother and everything promptly went to hell. Minoru knew that immediately when he and his wife awoke to sawed-off shotguns pointed at their heads. Two thugs in ski masks dragged Minoru and Yoshiko out of their bed and into the middle of the room. "What the hell is the meaning of this?" barked Minoru.

"Well, big brother, it means I'm calling the shots now. Alert the media, because Masutaro Tsukuda's the new kingpin in town~!" came a smug voice from outside the bedroom. A fair-haired man in a black business suit sauntered in, a victorious smirk on his face and his hands behind his back. Minoru grit his teeth in rage. "Treacherous bastard." spat the Yakuza boss, glaring at his brother. "What makes you think the family would ever submit to you?!"

Masutaro's smirk grew wider as he moved his hands, revealing a photo of Shiori with a big red X drawn over her face. "I know some guys. They like...finding people." he said, all nonchalance. Minoru paled. "Y-you?!" Masutaro laughed. "That's right, big brother. Lil' ol' me. I've been waiting for this day for far too long. You're too soft, hanging on to Dad's old Lotus recipe. That drug's never gonna make it big. Cocaine, heroine, meth...that's where the big money is! And I'm going to change the way the Tsukuda family does business! And if you two don't do what I say...."

Masutaro ripped the photo in half. "Well, let's just say you're daughter's going to be the next person we bury." He laughed as he walked out of the room, listening to Yoshiko's wails and Minoru's bellows of rage. Masutaro pulled out a cell phone and made a call to his...'consultant'. He got the answering machine, as usual.

"Tomeo Kanegawa. You know my price, you know what to do."

"Tomeo, I got a couple of folks who need the 'deluxe' treatment. There's a real good Samaritan in these parts they call the Man In White...I think he needs to be rewarded for his deeds...also, there's this group called the Samurakami Road and Building...oh, who am I kidding, it's a hostile takeover we're planning. Those folks know business, they'll understand...just call me when it's all done...oh, oh, one more thing, could you please keep tabs on that little albino bitch, just in case? I'd so greatly appreciate it..."
