"Yeah," Isoroku answered. "Gotta keep Kinzaki a company for tonight," she said. "And to make sure nothing's gonna happen tonight..." she added. "Well, before you go back, what you gonna do?" she asked. |

Kyo tilted her head back, thinking. "I don't even know," she said dully. "Honestly... this place makes me feel itchy. All this high-class fancy shit--it makes me wanna call a taxi and run down t' the nearest low-end fast food joint just so I can gain a few pounds off a nice, greasy burger." She chuckled, and then shrugged her shoulders. "I guess we could kill time somehow," she said. "...Maybe I'll introduce ya t' that webseries Kinzaki mentioned. I think you'd like it." |

"Webseries? Do you mean that RWBY you two were talking about?" Isoroku asked, seemingly curious. She wasn't a type of person to watch that kind of thing, but she might want to take a look into it. Well, it's because she was more of a reader-type of person. "Is it good?" she asked, looking at Kyo. |

"It's pretty good, but it's also in English," Kyo admitted with some reluctance, scratching the back of her head. "And well, it's only two hours long in all so far. Sixteen episodes, but only a few minutes apiece. Only one season so far. Rooster Teeth is an Internet-series group, so they ain't that big. Pretty well-known on the 'net, though." Kyo beckoned Isoroku to follow and started strolling back toward the room they shared (albeit sleeping at different times). In the back of her mind, she couldn't help finding some humor in the notion that Reina, or more likely some buttmonkey hireling, had to sort through hours of white noise and idle chatter just like this, just to get to the five or six seconds of relevant information in the bugs. In this case, to the "confirmation" that her enemies had no idea where to look for her. Hopefully that would help them catch the bitch off-guard. "How good's your English, by the way?" Kyo asked curiously. "Mine's not bad, but I'm better at listenin' to it than actually speakin' it. My accent in English is even worse than this one..." |

Isoroku followed Kyo back into the room they shared. "Well, I won't say my English is good," Isoroku admitted. "But at least I can understand the language. And..." she bashfully looked aside. "...I'm not too good at speaking too. Edward-san laughed at me when I tried speaking English to him," she said, recalling the time when she tried to speak English to her mentor. Speaking of Edward, she missed him a lot, despite his errors and wrongdoings. Because of him, she became who she was today. As she recalled those memories, she somehow looked melancholic. |

The mention of Edward brought a twinge of guilt to Kyo, who'd been given a unique chance that--well, that really should have gone to Isoroku. A chance to say goodbye to Edward properly, to talk to him one last time... The green-haired girl pushed that guilt away and just kept walking. It couldn't be helped, really. Until such a time as Kazue was comfortable bringing it up, her secret would stay secret and that was all there was to it. She simply chuckled and shook her head. "Sounds like him," she said. "Well, maybe someday we'll get a chance t' practice in another country. Europe or one o' the American countries. I'd kinda liketa see Niagara Falls, now that I think of it." Their room wasn't far from Kinzaki's--that had probably been done on-purpose. Once they were there, it didn't take long for Kyo to boot up her laptop and set it up on the bed so they could watch the show... |
