She kept her arms raised, tightly defending against the barrage of blows as best she could. Shaking her head, she started to focus more, put more effort into it, but one or two glancing blows landed and she ended up retreating for the sake of mild believability. She certainly didn't fall though. Ok this was going nowhere. She stepped forward, under one of his punches, using her size to her advantage as she started throwing a series of half a dozen punches at full strength towards his gut. Maybe he'd actually flinch this time. |

Oh...what the fuck!? Not only was she not on the floor but she was hitting him back? No way. There's just no way. Persona. That's right...she could just as well be a user. So he went in for a grab. More of a sort of bear hug really considering the size difference, if only to stop the barrage. If he was able to bring her in. Only one word would be whispered before he let go. "Persona?" There was deniability in doing this, and if he couldn't grab her? He'd just keep on swinging. Edited by Exodin, Nov 27 2013, 02:12 AM.

Damnit, not only did he not flinch, he grabbed her in a bear hug, though only long enough to utter a single word before he let go. Persona? Well that combined with his "reactions" to her own hits confirmed the rather unfortunate fact. She had just not only been put into a match with another persona user. But they were both capable of nullifying, or at least resisting, physical attacks. Either way in his case really, which meant this could go on till they both dropped to the floor of exhaustion. Even if it was only resistance, that combined with her relatively low amount of strength, and the boxing gloves... Meeting his eyes, she gave a single nod in confirmation of his implied question. Closing in once again, she aimed an uppercut of her own at his jaw. Her eyes conveyed it all if he retuned her gaze upwards and locked eyes with her. "well fuck." without even uttering a single word. |

Jiro's eyes locked with hers, reciprocating the look. Well...may as well enjoy using each other as punching bags right? One of them had to take a dive eventually though...well it was only logical that it be her really. So he began another assault, sending a flurry of punches in her direction again. |

Well. At least they had an understanding. Maybe he would be the gentlemen and take the fall. It was only natural after all. Or maybe a tie. But till then, they both had a. ...punching bag. ...that could theoretically take infinite quantities of damage. Well technically at the very least SHE had to pretend to be taking the hits. It would be slightly suspicious if someone with her small frame and weight was flat out /tanking/ hits from someone so much larger, even if the school WAS apperently completely insane. So she continued to actually block, duck, weave and generally be a defensive nuisance. If they weren't both aware of the futility of the attacks anyway. Occasionally, wherever she saw an opening, she would take a swing or two of her own in tightly controlled highly focused blows, but for the most part the girl stayed on the defensive. |

This was actually kind of...fun in a way. Sure he was by no means pulling his punches before. Now though...he really let loose. Having Null Phys...he was stronger than most in the most basic of ways, and the most complex. Teeth couldn't be pulled, muscles didn't tear. So now...he completely let go. Any sort of reservations he had before were quickly abandoned. Letting his true speed and strength shine. Sure she was hitting him, but surely with the size difference. Shrugging them off wouldn't look suspicious. She just had to take the dive eventually. He could wait. |

Oh great, he was punching even harder. And it suddenly dawned on her that he probably wasn't going to be the gentleman here. From what she knew of the older boy, he tended to go for the win. And the force he had been exerting even before suddenly upping it to what she was fairly certain was probably just about his best had been more than enough to put someone her size down hard. Well that was alright. She had been planning on losing the fight anyway, significantly faster than what had ensued actually. But not yet. Constantly backing away, she continued to play the part of a smaller, weaker, but slightly faster opponent for him, defending fairly well despite the onslaught, but taking the occasional hit that seemed to slow her down a bit as she started to pretend she was tiring. A hit to her shoulder resulted in a slower response with that arm for a bit, so on so forth. She was still returning punches, but less often as his sheer offense supposedly started to overwhelm her defenses. |

Alright...she seemed to be 'tiring out'...time for the big finish. He began to fake winces and grunts. Shrugging of this many hits would have been a stretch even for him. So...then he lashed out with a yell. Aiming a hook for her jaw. Maybe she'd realize that the yell was supposed to signify that it was a 'finishing move', maybe not. Either way, she'd take the dive eventually...right? Either that, or they'd both end up passing out in the ring from exhaustion. I would rather the passing out happen in the be- Nope nope nope! Alright, he was getting into it too. And then here came the finisher. Last chance to back out of taking the fall. Buuuut no. Amusing as it would have been to keep going at it till they were both exhausted, it was best to save trying to win for a real fight. Better to let him have his (completely fake) moment. So when the hit came, she failed to dodge the obviously telegraphed punch, took it, and fell back onto the ground hard. Whiiich also did absolutely nothing, no pain, just the sensation of contact. Wonderful. She remained in place, breathing in and out a few times before blearily rising to her feet and giving Jiro a slight bow of her head before timidly leaving the boxing ring to "recover" sitting down leaning against the wall, looking somewhat shell shocked. |

Y'know Kamina. I think we finally agree on something. Yes! Okay so first we need to get her into the be- Not that! He got out of the ring and made his way over to this 'Ami Yukimura' sitting next to here. Aiming a punch at her arm as well. What he was doing was unheard of. Talking to someone after beating them up? "We should fight more. It's fun." He looked over at her and grinned wryly. "We can really cut loose next time. Go all out." Not only was he talking to her. He was being friendly!? Surely, this was unheard of. |
