Aleph watched as the other boy started to taunt the fat Shadow thing. Surprisingly, the big, blubbering brute actually fell for it. Also, Sayuri still couldn't understand what Aleph was saying. Goddammit, this is gonna be like Naoya's weird episode thing, isn't it? Nevertheless, the Shadow was distracted, and that was a good thing. Aleph decided to follow the other boy's lead. He summoned Adonis and fired an Agi at the Shadow's tongue. |

So, here he was, running away for his life with a chunk of a giant lollipop, a big Shadow baby running after him for the sweet. This situation was way too strange for him right now. But yet, he had to put his logic in the closet and trying to figure out what to do next. Just in the right moment, he looked a giant tongue flying towards him and Aki throw himself on the ground. His mouth touched down the lollipop and he thought he would throw up anything he had in him for a moment. “-Wait a second.. This tastes actually good! And.. I’m feeling kind of better now!” He looked with a big surprise at the chunk, just before he looked up and saw a fireball going to hit the baby’s tongue. He wheeled himself out of the danger and casted another Garu at this monster’s eyes.. Or what looked like his eyes. “Honey, I don’t want to put an end at your pleasuring fight, but you don’t have unlimited power, so watch out. You’re still new to this kind of things. One or two shots and after that, you’ll be way too tired.” He stood up and started again to run around the shadow, wielding the lollipop like a banner. He shouted to the other guy who was helping him: “If you’re feeling to weak, those pieces of lollipop actually heals you! Keep that in mind!” But he didn’t had any idea how to get rid of this big monster.. |

Oooo, damn, I was just waiting for that guy to get licked. Get it? 'Get licked?' Barely got out of that giant tongue just in time? Any humor of the situation--not that Sayuri was the kind to normally laugh at such anyways--was lost on her do to the aforementioned detachment from the full reality of the sequences before her. Only that, by this point, she had a giant lollipop piece in arms, too big for just her hands alone. And from watching Aki run around with hi, everyone probably had a piece by this point. I should probably mention that, confused as you are about everything (no shortage of that is there sweetie?) that you aren't as useless as you feel. And that the Earth trick requires you saying 'Magna' to evoke. Aleph's Agi hit again for the same minimal damage, but the gluttonous monster was still solely focused on Aki. Any time you want to try that...though yeah, Confusion, you still probably don't know what I'm talking about are you? "M-Magna?" We have a loophole. And the lagomorphic form of the Phooka, seeming hyper-real compared to how she had been picturing it, appeared to kick of a dirt trailing small boulder out of nowhere towards the vicinity of where Aki and the blubbery shadow shared their chase. The contact made the creature cry out, flash briefly, and proceed to Topple* it's monstrous form over with a ground shaking quake. *Topple

Okay, so fire obviously wasn't going to kill this thing. Looks like they really were going to be stuck fighting this big, blubbery, baby Shadow thing. Then, Sayuri's Persona threw what looked like a Magna spell at the thing, and it seemed like that was what it was weak to. Thank God. Also, Aki said something about the lollipop pieces healing him. That also sounded useful. Aleph ran around and picked up a few pieces of the lollipop, then looked at the Shadow. "Hey, fatass!" Aleph said, throwing an Agi at it to get its attention. "Look what I got!" He waved one of the pieces of the pieces, then proceeded to taunt it by eating said lollipop piece. Well, Aki was right. It did heal Aleph a little bit, plus it tasted quite sweet. |

Someone listened to his prayers after all. Sayuri’s Persona shot a boulder at that thing that nearly hit the boy too.. But from the reaction of it, Aki guessed this was his weakness. Finally a chance to kick this monster’s ass! So, the only thing he had to do now was to keep that monster away from the girl unless it was beaten by Earth spells. That was all. The other boy wanted to distract the monster away from Aki with another Agi. In fact, he really was exhausted, always running, shooting Garu at Shadows.. This was a bit much for a beginner.. “Sweetheart, I know this must be hard for you, but I will take care of you, promise. I am you, after all.” The thing suddenly make a big jump into the air. Aki didn't really thought it could jump just at looking at his mass. He stopped running, looking at this blubbery thing flying into the air. But if something like this jump, it needs to land.. Right? The young man really didn't want to end under that Shadow, oh no. The Glutton landed right next to him, the air pression sending Aki right into a wall. "If that didn't hurt, I don't know.." The young man couldn't really say a word, only feeling pain.. Edited by Moreant, Jan 9 2014, 05:45 AM.

STRIKE! Or spare. Did we actually have more pins than Aki Malaki there? Sayuri was more in shock from the impact of the thing toppling over which had been felt along the whole floor to comment on the Phooka's words. "He's probably hurt." As the Glutton was getting to its feet, clearly winded and angered, it started running straight towards Aleph after the lollipop chunk he was holding. You can help heal Mr. wallflower over there. Just keep focus on the thing that damaged him. Ready? Now say the magic words Magna. Sayuri did but remembered to late that was just that thing that sent the earth flying again towards the monstrous thing, which seemed to pop upon being hit. |

Oh shit. Now it was running after Aleph. This was not a good idea, at all. Aleph quickly casted Dia on Aki, then took off on a run away from the Shadow, waving the lollipop chunks in front of it. "Follow the candy, tubby! Follow the sweet candy!" He said as he ran and taunted the Shadow. |

Well, Aki wasn’t feeling very good. Did everyone had to fight such a thing when they awakened? Probably not. Getting a wall in the face did, surely not, happen to everyone. Well, he distracted the Shadow long enough. A few more spells and that was it. But for now, the boy didn’t wanted to think about this. Man, even some gangs he had to deal with in the past didn’t hurt him so much as this thing. He saw Aleph running with another chunk, the baby behind him, God thanks, the Shadow wasn’t after him anymore. “I hope you want to survive this fight, little boy.” Suddenly, he felt slightly better and got out of the wall to land on the ground. Was it Aleph? So, he wasn’t the only one who could heal, that was good to know. After standing up, he was running back to Sayuri. He saw another Magna spell flying into the air. “Do you understand me now? I don’t know how long we will stand this!” Maybe she really understood him now, which would be a lot better for the team. He was really feeling tired, he needed to get out of here, but with this monster, it was nearly impossible. God, what should they do? “Any idea about how quickly beat this up?" |

Slowly, things about the world started to be less fuzzy. Although all Sayuri wanted to do at this point was cuddle up with the abnormally large fragment of sugar she had claimed from the breaking lollipop--should the five second rule apply--? "Watch out," she called out to Aleph although her throat was rather dry. His distractions helped him avoid the blubbery thing as it toppled again--it looked rather pouty by this point, stuck on its back and flailing its limbs in a rather defeated gesture, as if another hit of any kind would defeat it. That didn't defeat it? Damn. Maybe we should kick it again. "No don't kick it!" Sayuri exclaimed, which was not really in reply to but may as well have been anyways to Aki's question. "I mean, anything should hit it right? I'm just--tired--" |

Aleph stopped running and looked over the situation, judging it as best as he could. Sayuri seemed like she could understand what he and the other boy were saying, thankfully. The other boy didn't know what to do about how to beat the Shadow. So, it was probably up to Aleph now. Taking a chance, Aleph fires another Agi at the fat Shadow thing. |
