"Well, yeah…Why else would I be out of the Moska project, Serizawa?" She kept her eyes forward, but answered his question. "It was when I first got out of the coma, like as soon as I was awake, right in the hospital." As long as everyone stays…eeeeeh. "Well, Rose, Takenaka-san? I'm sure we won't need it, but if we do? It's an option!" Meanwhile, she was deciding which way to go. Without someone like Seiji to help orient her, she was left relying on her own five senses to find Shadows. |

Aleph smiled at Jiro's remark. "Oh, Jiro-kun. You're no fun." Aleph teased. Having a girlfriend did wonders to one's self-confidence. Also, Moore insisted on a first-name basis. "Fair enough, Rose-chan." Aleph said happily. He felt like he could finally nickname and tease people without the consequence of failure, for once. "I have Fire magic, healing, and defense raising. Also, I'm weak to Ice. So, anybody that's got Bufu or anything, watch where ya' chuck the ice." Aleph followed the other two down the stairs into the ruins, fully prepared for whatever's to come. |

The fucking stench of this place never seemed to get better. It was like something had been left to rot here for years. "Here's how we're going to do this. Ito, take point with me. Scarf Boy, you and Rose handle support. Got it?" It was only strategy, that they had the stronger members at the front. Scarf Boy has had his persona longer than you. So? So he's more experienced. And? Wouldn't it make more sense for him to take point with Ito? No. Why? It makes more sense that Ito or I take the hits. Aww, does somebody care about his friend and teacher? No, shut up. It was only strategy, really. Hopefully they would form up before any shadows appeared. Edited by Exodin, Nov 15 2013, 07:18 AM.

"Shouldn't Serizawa take point with Ito?" Rozen asked. "He seems more experienced then either of us, Takenaka." Rozen pointed out as she assumed a support position behind everyone else. "You're the organizer and all, but I felt the need to point that factoid out." She loaded a cartridge into her taser pistol. "I'm ready by the by." |

"No, I kind of agree with Takenaka-san." No offense to Aleph, but his judgement had not been the best in the past, in Hanako's opinion. It would have been best if he hung out back for the time being. His preoccupations were really getting in the way of things, and there was no way Hanako could deny that to herself further. "It'll be alright if it's like this, I've got it covered." She kept an arrow half-notched in her bow. 'Just whatever you do, don't let it become another disaster, okay?' Yeah, I know. |

Well at least he had Ito's support. So he turned and kept walking and...were those balloons with sad faces? Along with a pair of gear soldiers? "Right! Ito and me are gonna take those freaky balloons! Serizawa, you and Moore take the gear soldiers!" With that, he charged forward at one of the balloons. It fired a Single Shot, but of course with his Physical Immunity it didn't do much. Next, the other Chilling Spook launched a Bufu at Aleph. The Clockwork Soldiers fired a pair of Muzzle Shots at Rozen and Hanako. "Come on! Over here you bastards!" Jiro then smacked the Chilling Spook with his mace, knocking it back some distance. "Well?! Don't you fuckers got anything better than that!?" |

Of course the Spook had to shoot an Ice spell at Aleph. Aleph just had to tempt fate, didn't he? Aleph yelled in pain as the spell hit, Aleph felt really cold. His skin paled as he shivered and trembled from the effects of the Ice, like frostbite and freezer burn combined. Ouch. Aleph casted Dia on himself, then aimed at the Clockwork Soldiers, casting Maragi on them. |

Rozen watched as Aleph cast an area of effect FAE. The resulting fiery explosion consuming both Clockwork Soldiers and knocking them both off their feet. Moving to an advantageous position, Rozen raised her taser and with a popping noise she fired the lancets at one of the stricken Clockwork soldiers. When she was sure both snagged it, she pressed the trigger a second time to send a jolt down the line. After holding the shot for fifteen seconds, she released the trigger, discharged the cartridge and loaded another. |

The ticking. Dammit the ticking with each incessant 'tick.' she could feel a bit of of the reserves she called upon to cast spells being chipped away. Bit…by…bit… What's worse, she tried to dodge the muzzle shot. Dodging a bullet went about as well as could have been expected. Medusa was suspiciously quiet in her mind, and she tried to speak…nothing! So, they could silence them, she drew back her arrow and fired at one, she was better with a knife, and with her now free right hand, she drew one balancing it in her freed hand. |

Oh damnit, Ito had gone after the wrong shadow. "Ito! The fucking balloons!" One of the pair took his momentary distractions to cast a Bufu at the boy's back. It nailed him right between the shoulderblades, knocking him backwards. Oh fuck fuck fuck it was cold and it hurt. Then, as Jiro was on the ground he started to do the most peculiar thing....giggling. "Oh come on! Let's see if you dead fucks have got anything better!" The giggling started to crescendo as he stood back up. He then summoned Kamina to Bash one of the balloons, striking it effectively. He paid no attention to the other balloon casting a Bufu at Rozen. Nor the Clockwork Soldiers working in tandem to charge at Ito and Aleph, even if it meant that her arrow struck its intended target. No, he paid no attention to this. He simply started to giggle louder and louder, with a manic tone to it. |
