Aleph needs to message Naoya about his progress in the tasks. It's been several in-game weeks at this point, though Hanako's coma probably derailed it. |

Hanako's coma thing might've been a real setback for that, as I'm beginning to realize. >_> You want me to have Aleph do a separate PM thread, or do you want him to PM Naoya in the Moksa thread? |

Let's make it separate. It will take a similar course to the thing Naoya's doing with Jiro, probably. |

UPDATE TIME! UPDATE TIME! UPDATE TIME! We interrupt your regularly scheduled posting session here on Persona Rebirth to bring you this very important announcement(VIA) from TheGameFreak. Hey everybody! So, as everyone probably already knows by now, exams are closely approaching and it will soon be 2014 in-game. So, after doing a shitload of thinking while screwing around with Google, I've taken the time to truncate Aleph's plot list for this particular occassion. First, he has to reconcile with Machi, either before or (depending on whether Aleph aces the exams) after exams week, thus fate will reward him generously and allow him opportunities to make new friends and start things over with the people he pissed off. (And he has pissed off quite a lot, I should admit. Grudges are a thing, mind you, and not a very particularly pretty thing at that.) Second, he also has to befriend and bond with both Jiro and Daichi. It's not very easy on account of two very irritating complications. One, Aleph has no idea whatsoever of what the Persona community is currently doing with Jiro now that he has been discovered. Plus, Aleph was denied the chance to accompany and sympathize with Jiro while he is being interrogated, so now he can't do anything in that regard. Two, it doesn't seem like Daichi would even want to acknowledge Aleph's present, thus simulating the divide between Aleph and Machi, which Aleph greatly dislikes. A really conflicting issue that is the very epitome of being between "a rock and a hard place". Third, Aleph also not only needs more friends, Worshippers, Admirers, and Sympathizers: Aleph needs a few of these here and there to socially survive. He kinda likes it when people actually not only tolerate, but also enjoy his presence. I don't think there are any SL's of his that could qualify as such. I thought Hanako would qualify, but now she's just a normal Friend. So, now Aleph needs some fans! But that might take some thinking on both my part and Aleph's, if I actually want to be able to pull this off. Normal Friend: Aleph needs a few ordinary friends here and there. Someone who tolerates his presence and is willing to put up with personality quirks for about an hour and a half, at least. Currently Kyo, Hanako, Taketo, Kinzaki, Seiji, and Toki fill this particular slot. Just two more and Aleph will be content. Keep in mind that Aleph isn't particularly picky about his choice of friends and acquaintances, so pretty much whoever he hasn't befriended yet's fair game. Best Friend: Aleph needs a few more best friends. People that he feels happy to be around and share his deep and insecure things with because these people actually enjoy his company. This slot is currently occupied by Jiro and Naoya, the greatest best friends Aleph could ever ask for. Just two more are required for Aleph to feel more grateful for being alive. Girlfriend: Aleph already has one. Shizuka. He doesn't need another one. And if playing P3 has taught me anything at all, it's that trying to romance every single female character in the game is a bad, bad, bad idea which will backfire on you really hard if you're caught. So yep! That's everything I could cover in the span of half an hour, because that's normally how long it takes me type really long posts such as this one. I've said everything I've need to say, and I got some working on Aleph ahead of me. Hope to see if everything will turn out well. Good luck, Aleph! UPDATE OVER! This has been a Very Important Announcement(VIA) by TheGameFreak. We now return you to your regularly scheduled posting session here on Persona Rebirth. |

HOLY SHIT! IT'S AN UPDATE! It's time for another update on Aleph's plot! Yes, it's finally time that I finally got up off my ass and actually update things for once! So, with that being said, I am proud to announce this year's brand new plotting update! Old plots have been either resolved, scrapped, or put on hiatus. New plots have been created. And best of all, Aleph's main parameters have changed! So, it's all well and good. Maybe. Probably. I don't know. Anyways, three new plots have been added! All of which are now written with specific characters in mind! First off! Hatsuharu Murakami: Aleph used to be friends with Haru at the beginning of the Student Council elections. However, now that the elections are over, Aleph started to have doubts about their relationship. Also, Seiji and a few other people started hating Aleph for being friends with Haru, so Aleph eventually decided that being friends with Haru wasn't entirely worth it. So, he stopped being friends with him. But Haru doesn't really like that, so Aleph has to avoid him now. Seiji Fujiwara: Seiji hates Aleph now, but the problem with that is that Aleph doesn't really know why Seiji hates him. Nevertheless, this has caused yet another failed Social Link, which he has to repair if he is to have any chance of Ascending. Aleph needs all of SL's to be intact in order to Ascend. So, this is one of the most important plots of all. Suzu Takaki: Concerning Suzu, Aleph has already had trouble attempting to befriend Suzu in the past, especially after the Beetle Hunt, which had nearly destroyed Aleph's chances of ever succeeding at socializing and Ascending. But now, earning Suzu's trust will be even more difficult than anything else he has ever done, due to Aleph threatening her with a flaming sword out of fury and rage. For that reason, I'm saving this plot for last, after the plots with Seiji and Haru are resolved. Aside from those plots, a few old plots have been put on hiatus, due to either characters or the players controlling them becoming inactive. Sorry. :( But, other than that, those are all of the major and important updates to Aleph's plot arc. If anyone would like to discuss these plots, please do so either in this thread or contact me when I'm in the chat. I'd be more than happy to play them out with you. Check back soon for more updates! Until then, see you later! IT'S OVER! |

Well, this is kind of awkward, but I'll spell out Seiji's beef with Aleph. He feels betrayed by a very deep way by his actions in the election clusterfuck and that's a rift that will be very slow to heal, if ever. The fact that he threatened his girlfriend with a flaming sword mean it'll probably be never. |

Jumping in as well because why not. " (...) But now, earning Suzu's trust will be even more difficult than anything else he has ever done, (...) " Let me correct you on that. It's impossible, you can forget that plot line altogether. A day where she sees him is automatically a bad day. |
