"Oh, I see... Sorry to hear." With Hanako in the hospital, things had been quite hectic. Perhaps Seiji asked Suzu out right before that unfortunate event? That would easily explain the indefinite postponing.

"Eh? It's fine... Ishinomori, by the way." The boy corrected with a smile, and at last, started to make his way to the track and field court, hoping Seiji would follow. "Everyone has their problems. Is there anything I can help with?"

At the mention of Nishiyo, he apparently smiled a bit; less so with the warning. "Not good? What do you mean?" He honestly looked puzzled. "Sadako-chan has been the nicest person to me in my class..."

"Right…sorry. Ishinomori-senpai." Why was a simple name so hard for him? He used to be on top of everything but something so basic excluded him now?

"Eh, I guess it'll be settled when it's settled." He kept his eyes open as they headed towards the track field, long ago having grown used to expecting trouble to come from anywhere and everywhere.

Though when Yuki mentioned he thought Sadako was nice. He had a deep frown on his face and glared up at Yuki over his glasses. "Look, Senpai. Just 'cause someone seems nice doesn't mean they are, right? Nishiyo Sadako is the most fake, most vicious person you've ever met. Just take my word for it and give her a wide berth, okay?" As bad as the situation was the last thing they'd need is someone getting tangled up with her that late in her 'game.'

Yuki's trademark smile faltered ever so slightly under the glare. What had he done wrong? "But... What did she do? I'm not just going to start to ignore her without a proper reason..." He was one to believe there was some good in everyone, for as tiny as it was.

Sure, Nishiyo wasn't that bad!

As they left the culture club building, Yuki decided to walk to the nearby vending machine, inserting a few yen and taking out a lemon-lime Ramune soda. "Would you like anything, Fujiwara-kun? My treat."

Seiji's response to Yuki's reaction to what he said was the beginnings of a backslide into irritation. Goddammit, just why the hell didn't people just take your word for it when you were trying to tell them something important? It seemed people would buy into everything else except for when it's important.

"Look, I'll tell you later…" But fine, whatever. He tried to warn him. I'd probably be fine anyways, it's not like she'd care enough one way or the other.

"Um, do they have any carbonated tea, please? And thank you."

"Later...?" Upon a closer inspection, Yuki could tell he was irritating Seiji again, and inwardly winced. 'Stupid...' He sighed to himself, and nodded. "Alright..." Might as well drop that seemingly touchy subject.

In any case, he ultimately decided to act pretty much the same around Nishiyo, but be cautious. Whatever it was, alarming her about it could result poorly.

"Carbonated tea? Sure." After inserting some more yen into the machine, the bottle was quick to pop out. He picked it up and handed it to Seiji. Then, he opened his own bottle, and motioned Seiji to follow as he walked towards the field.

"Sorry if I've spent too much time with Takaki-san as of late." He felt the need to apologize. Seiji was looking to date her, right? "Due to recent events, she's the only one available to show me around for the time being... I'lll get out of the way as soon as possible, though."

"Hmm? No, it's fine, I guess." He sipped at the open tea and followed. "She can do as she likes, right? I mean, otherwise it's not really good or healthy. We've only had one date, kind of. I mean, I'd like another, and I think she would to but…"

Yeah, he probably said too much. "Well if she's helping you, that's okay, after all."

Yuki sipped his drink as Seiji spoke, and as they walked. In the distance, eventually, the court was in view. Apparently, the Track and Field team was training at the moment.

"I'm sure you'll do just fine if you ask her again. I'll back off in the meantime." He responded with a smile, sincerely hoping for the best for the two. Even though they seemed to be the exact opposite of one another, they had some weird chemistry, he reckoned.

Little did they know they were approaching said mentioned girl, who was at that moment running around the field. Her clothes were sticking to her skin with the sweat, and she was dead tired.

But she just had to do it.

"Oh, well, thank you."

Just what else was there to say? He didn't really understand Yuki fully, that much was apparent by just what had happened to get them to that point. He looked at the distant runners, and despite what had become something of a running gag with him, he wasn't able to tell one redheaded girl from another at a distant.

It's doubtful he would have bothered Suzu when she was working so intently anyways. "Ishinomori-senpai? What do you want to do? I mean, in general? In the future?" It certainly wasn't marrying Machi, for all Seiji knew, Yuki had a girlfriend of his own that he was forced to leave for the elder Kijimuta's machinations…

"Me?" Yuki seemed somewhat surprised at the question. For a moment, he thought the more appropriate one would be what could he do, as he didn't exactly have much of a choice anyway.

"After me and Machi-chan return to Kyoto, I'm planning to go to culinary school" People always said he had a talent for cooking, anyway. "After that, I might open my own restaurant, but I'm not sure about that yet."

In the distance, Suzu started to slow down, short on breath. Eventually, she hunched over and placed her hands on her knees, taking a few deep breaths, and muttering under them. "Are they fuckin' trying to kill me here...?"

"OI TAKAKI! PICK UP YOUR PACE!" The coach shouted from the other side of the field, rather mercilessly.

"Y-Yes!" And hurriedly, she did so, though exhausted beyond belief. Getting used to all this exercise would be tough.

"I say go for it, capital shouldn't be a problem, right?" As long as people with a lot of money used it for harmless things, like investing in businesses instead of say…having people kidnapped or to try and get away with murder, Seiji had little to complain about.

But he did hear something from the field. "Eh? Did someone just say 'Takaki?'" That, he was sure he picked up on. Was that…Suzu?

She wasn't normally the type for participation in things like that, was she?
