Subaru had contacted Aleph that he needed to see them to talk about the recent events. Somehow, Kinzaki was in foul mood due to his misbehavior, and the butler had been trying her best to not keep her mistress in such mood. After all, Kinzaki was scarier when she's in bad mood. Waiting for Aleph, Subaru stood dutifully in front of the main entrance of Kirihara Corporation. She was hoping that Aleph would wear something... inconspicuous this time. |

Fortunately, all Aleph was wearing were a gray hoodie and jeans with the hood pulled over his head. Aleph stepped off the bus and looked at the Kirihara Corporation Building. He screwed up at appealing to the peoples' pity, met a stuttering dude, plundered the ruins with Hanako, and now he was meeting a pissed off Kinzaki. But on the bright side, at the end of it all, he would be spending some "private" time with Shizuka. Aleph walked towards the entrance and Subaru with a sheepish look on his face. "Hello." Aleph said, awkwardly. |

Wearing a neutral expression, Subaru greeted the boy. "Good afternoon, Serizawa-san," she said. Because the butler wasn't a person who talked much, she simply turned around and gestured to the entrance. "Please, follow me," Subaru said before she entered the building, expecting Aleph to follow after her. |

Aleph looked at the butler man. He didn't seem like much of a talker. Either that, or he was just as pissed off as Kinzaki was. Double shit. Aleph nodded and began to follow Subaru into the building, like a student being led to the principal's office for judgement. Not pleasant, either way. |

After leading Aleph into the building, they finally arrived in front of the office where Kinzaki was waiting. Before opening the door, Subaru turned to look at Aleph. "Kinzaki Ojou-sama is in a very bad mood," Subaru told Aleph the obvious. "I suggest you to brace yourself. In bad mood, Ojou-sama is... frightening," she warned him. |

Aleph arrived in front of Kinzaki's office. Subaru told him what was obvious. Yes, she was pissed off. Aleph knew that. But frightening? "Oh, come now, Subaru-san." Aleph said, trying to smile. "You're just exaggerating. I'm sure this is all just a....really big misunderstanding." |

"I am not exaggerating," Subaru said honestly. "Now, please enter," she opened the door, revealing the person inside. There was Kinzaki. Instead of wearing her classy kimono, she was wearing a white, sleeveless dress with long skirt while sitting on the table, reading a book. There was a frown on her face, indicating her rather bad mood. "Ah, you're here?" Kinzaki noticed Subaru and Aleph. "Please have a seat," she told Aleph. "You know what's going on, right? Please make yourself comfortable, first." Despite her calm voice, it was clear that Kinzaki was... displeased. |

Aleph frowned as Subaru showed him inside. There, Aleph could clearly see that Kinzaki was....well, pissed. Aleph sat down on his seat before Kinzaki and looked at her. Apparently, Subaru might be telling the truth. "Yes." Aleph said, nodding. "And I want to say that....I....Look, I didn't know it would end like that. I just....wanted to get people to vouch for me more quickly, you know? I was running out of time." |

Kinzaki closed the book she was reading while giving Aleph an icy gaze. "And making a fool of yourself along the way?" she asked with sharp, venomous tone. Whenever she's in her bad mood, she became unpleasant and prone to lose her temper. "Serizawa-san, do you realize in what kind of situation you're in? In a way, you're practically a rogue among us!" she hopped down from the table before she slammed her hand on the table. "A rogue means you are a pariah, an outcast in our community," Kinzaki explained, looking at the boy. "As an outcast, you cannot get the same privileges like others have..." she crossed her arms. "I've talked to Matsushita-san, or rather Rio-san a few days ago, asking her to make the conditions between both of you less difficult, and yet, you screwed it up again by making yourself an idiot!" "Ojou-sama, please calm down," Subaru tried to placate her mistress' anger, but she gave the butler a glare. "I am calm!" Kinzaki shouted, and Subaru immediately froze before she bowed to her apologetically. "I'm not finished yet!" she looked at Aleph. "I'm trying to save you from being an outcast, and yet you're making it worse for yourself!" she shouted at Aleph. And then, she was silent. "And instead of trying to fix it, you give me excuses and more excuses, no actions, all talks," Kinzaki said, her tone softened a bit but didn't seem to lose its venom. "Simply to say, you disappoint me, Akira Serizawa..." Edited by Prince Arjuna, Jun 25 2013, 08:27 PM.

Aleph winced and pulled the hood until it covered half of his entire face. Apparently, Subaru was right. Then as Kinzaki went on about rogues, pariahs, and outcasts, Aleph looked at Subaru. Unfortunately, he was just as powerless as Aleph to the situation entirely. Bitch, please. Master was already an outcast to begin with. This shit storm doesn't make a difference at all. You're a total bitch, is all. Why would she flame on the butler? What the hell did he have to do with it? When Kinzaki was finished, Aleph waited a moment. Then, decided to sum up the courage to speak once more. She said he was becoming a rogue, and yet he wanted to hunt rogues in the beginning. What an irony. "I'm sorry, Kinzaki-san." Aleph said. "I didn't mean to--well. I didn't think it was going to work either. Half of me had hope, half of me had doubt. I had my doubts but....this wasn't supposed to happen." |
