Okay, so since I've gone into this introspective soul-searching phase where I've managed to avoid every single one of my friends, can someone kinda bring me up to speed on what's been happening lately? Either through PM or In-person chatting? Because I only just found out from some chick with green hair that I was supposed to get thrown into a sinkhole soon. And I don't know if I'm going to be able to fight off "Crazy McVomit And Pissed In My Oven" Watanabe there.
So yeah. If anyone is polite enough to get me up to speed, and let me know what I can do to help out, that'd be nice.

Oh, Charles! I was worried when I saw you on Watanabe's list, and you didn't even see it? I suppose you met Kyo Charinko, then. Kansai accent and boy's clothes? She was also there when it happened:
Toru Watanabe sank the hospital parking lot and he's threatening more attacks if we don't sacrifice at least one person on his list to appease him--like some sort of Pagan volcano god, or something. Be careful, okay? I think Charinko-san had it right, there might be some people who panic and try to take him on his offer--or just go after people on the list that they don't like.
There have been other developments, too--this ninja clan that used to be violent has suddenly started doing good deeds around the city, I don't really trust that, it seems like an over-the-top set-up for something sinister... and then there are the attacks by battle nuns. One of them blindsided me on my way back to the ruins, put a rifle shot in my back. If I weren't resistant to physical attacks, I wouldn't even be here. Just try not to travel alone or at night, stick to groups and public places if you can. Jessica Goodwill is trying to solve the problem, but... well, the thread is THINGS HAPPENED!, you can read the specifics of it there.
Don't take the words 'battle nuns' as an indication that these people are just another piece of lunacy to be waved off. They're ruthless. Avoid them if at all possible, Charles. I would have been slaughtered if it weren't for Jessica-san...
Anyway, I'm relieved to hear you're okay. When you're feeling up to it, maybe we could have lunch? And you can maybe tell me what's bothering you? You don't need to deal with these things by yourself, you know...

Yeah, it was Kyo. I see you know her too. And Watanabe managed to sink that shit? I was wondering how the fuck that happened. Made getting to work a lot harder for me. And don't worry about me fallin' into there. I'm pretty much impervious to falls by now.
Right, lemme guess. The Tanaka clan? I remembered they tried to kill a friend of mine a while back. I'm actually some sort of retainer, or something for their rival clan, if I remember right.
Battle nuns? You serious? That could be worse though. It could priests with giant purple dildo bats around trying to hit everyone where their bathing suits cover. Still, I'll be sure to watch my back.
As for the emotional baggage, I think I'll try to off-load it as much as I can without totally bogging you down with it. After all, you have less experience with relationships than me. Don't let me drag you down. I'm just someone you just met.

If you think it's best, Charles. Just don't bottle it up, alright? I've actually been making the same mistake lately... I found someone who understands, though, so I feel better about it all now.
Just stay safe and share it with someone, okay? It's easier that way.
