TRAINER WANTED
New Persona-user seeking for an experienced fellow Persona-user to teach him in the dangerous and intricate art that is Persona.
Must have a fairly powerful Persona, and know a great deal about the Ruins and the creatures called "Shadows".
And for those of you who just want to do it for the money: FAT CHANCE! You must also be willing to work freelance. FREELANCE!
I will be waiting near the Mysterious Ruins, weapon and Persona at the ready.

Er... the word you're looking for is 'gratis.' Freelance refers to someone who is hired on but doesn't work for any specific company--like, a newspaper will hire a freelance photographer, who will do that job, get paid, and then later get hired on by another paper or magazine, possibly working multiple times for the same publication but not technically being "employed" by them. Independent contractors, in other words.
'Gratis' is just a fancy way of saying 'free of charge.'
Good luck finding someone to train you for free, though. You're better off finding companions willing to fight Shadows in the ruins alongside you, in any case. Persona grows stronger over time as you fight; the actual 'training' aspect is more to do with... with finding creative ways to use your powers and training your non-Persona-related combat ability so that you have others things to rely on than just magic.
I'm not particularly skilled or powerful yet, so I can help you. But how old are you? If you're still in school, joining a club such as kendo, archery, etc. would be a good way to gain some fighting skill. One of my teammates is in kendo, for example, and it's helped her quite a lot in the ruins.

Okay. So my help wanted ad wasn't ENTIRELY planned out. I admit. So, you must work gratis.
@ImABoat
What you said made absolutely no sense whatsoever.

okay look imma be up front with u u prolly aren't gonna get any free training in anything unless you just happen to stumble on a Persona-user who's lookin to train a student like i did.
i mean think about it people have places to be things to do jobs and shit so let's b real u can't honestly expect ppl 2 just waste their time training u for nothing.
maybe if u offered 2 pay someone would but this is liek a job offer except without the job
@FBomberMan - liek omg he said gratis not grits are u fucking dead in the head do u even persona?

Yes, I realized that. Sorry.
Maybe I should just do this thing solo, if that's not too dangerous.

@ectoBiologist
I wouldn't recommend that if you're just getting into it. At the very least find another Persona-user and pair up.
And stay close to the entrance in case the Reaper comes. Don't attempt to delve deeper into the ruins without back-up and more experience.

What the hell is the Reaper? Sounds frightening.
