Jun blinked for a few seconds before he realized the implication of Kyo's words. From her words, she was talking as if she was referring Jun as Isoroku, and Kyo's supposed to see both Isoroku and Jun as two separate people instead of one single person.

Perhaps Kyo was able to see the similarity of Jun Kariyama and Isoroku Mayoi, and as Isoroku, she chastised herself silently for allowing herself to be found by other people. But as Jun, he managed to calm down and act as if nothing happened. With a smile, he looked at Kyo and said while trying to look natural. "What do you mean, Kyo-san?"

Meanwhile, Kinzaki was enjoying her lunch and was unaware of the situation between Jun and Kyo.

Kyo fought to keep her face straight as the mild beginnings of panic nearly threw her game-face entirely. Shit, she caught it. Um... what should I--

Pretend to misunderstand the question! Morrigan hissed quickly in the back of her head.

"Not into videogames?" Kyo asked, and she actually rather impressed herself by how conversational it sounded. "That's too bad, we coulda got together n' played sometime. Did'ja watch a movie, then? Edward said he'd be gone for a while when he left us at the park, so I figured you'd take the time to kick back and do somethin'."

...That was good. A good save. Good save, kitten, Morrigan sighed, sounded almost as relieved as Kyo felt.

...Tch. I can't keep this charade up for much longer, it's gonna fry my brain one o' these days...

"Umm... well, I'd love to watch movies with you, Kyo-san, b-but..." Jun looked aside. "I-I'm afraid I don't have time for that," he said. Truth be told, he'd rather stay home for the time being than going out. He, or rather, Isoroku was afraid that she might see Kakeru again.

"...?" Kinzaki was still eating and was clueless about anything that both Kyo and Jun were talking about.

"Yeah, now that Edward's back, you're prolly busy with--things," Kyo replied diplomatically, fighting back another pesky wince. "Lemme know when you've got time, though, maybe we can all get together an', I dunno, watch one o' the classics. Indiana Jones, or The Lord of the Rings, maybe Star Wars or Jurassic Park. I'm... kind've a fan of foreign movies, just a little bit o' one, y'know."

As she rambled, her Persona chose to dwell on something other than movies.

'Things,' you say. Well, it's a good thing your tone was so casual, kitten, or she might actually think you were implying something by that.

Well, it's not like I have anythin' nice to say about Edward even when I don't have to censor myself for Kinzaki's sake... I'm sure she won't read nothin' into it... maybe.

...Whatever you say, kitten. The sooner you man up and tell her, though, the sooner we can all look back on this farce and laugh.

"Anyway, Kinzaki, if we do get together, maybe you'd like to join us? Whenever you have time, that is," Kyo said, partly as a genuine offer and maybe a little bit just as a way to divert the subject to more stable footing.

"Eh?" Kinzaki was surprised after hearing that from Kyo. "I-is that alright with you? I-I mean... I don't want to... umm," she hesitated. "...get in your way," she said in shy and timid tone.

"It's alright," Jun said to Kinzaki reassuringly. "After all, it's just three of us," then, he winked, giving Kinzaki a message which could mean 'it's just three girls with no boys, so no need for you to worry, but don't let Kyo-san know that'. "Isn't that right, Kyo-san?" he looked at the other girl.

"Yeah, yeah, just the three of us," Kyo said, agreeing for far less pressing reasons. "Get more'n that for a movie night an' things get a bit hectic, y'know. And jeez, Kinzaki, you'd never be in the way. Unless you stood up in front o' the TV, I guess, then you'd be in the way. But you're too polite for that, unlike some people."

Kyo grimaced at some private memory, and then shrugged. "Anyway, we should do it sometime. But not the shi--er, not the less than spectacular prequel movies, if we do Star Wars. Naw, we're skippin' to the good stuff."

"That sounds lovely," Kinzaki smiled. "I'm looking forward to watch the movie with you, Kyo-san, Kariyama-kun," she said before she looked down into her bento, only to find out that it was already empty. "Oh my, I didn't realize I'm done already," she said. Somehow, she still felt hungry.

Slowly, the heiress' eyes looked at Jun's plentiful bento. Seeing this, Jun smiled at the heiress as he understood what she wanted from him. "Do you want mine?" he asked.

And Kinzaki replied with a slow nod.

"You can have it," Jun gave his boxed lunch to Kinzaki. Normally, Kinzaki would vehemently refuse a boxed lunch that was already eaten by a boy, but since Jun was secretly a girl, she didn't really mind that. "I'm already full, you see?"

"T-thanks, Kariyama-kun," Kinzaki blushed as she accepted the boxed lunch and began eating.

Kyo chuckled. "Wouldn'ta thought you were such a big eater, Kinzaki," she said. Then she frowned. "Guess the kinda stuff we get up to works up an appetite, though, huh. So, how'd you two meet up, anyway?"

That was a question for the ages. Kinzaki was apparently a girl no boy could approach according to the rumor mill, and yet she'd befriended Jun and Takeo. Now, Takeo was so awkward and seemed to keep enough distance that it was clear he wasn't hitting on her, so that made sense, and Jun was actually a--

...wait.

...

Nah...

"Now that you mention it, I guess it was kind of awkward," Jun admitted as he remembered the time when both Kinzaki and him met for the first time at the shopping complex. "It involved having sheep crowding the shopping center. Normal, ordinary sheep, mind you," he added so Kyo wouldn't think that he was referring to the Shadows.

"Sheep?" Kinzaki asked as she ate Jun's lunch. "I don't remember that..."

"I guess you've subconsciously repressed those memories about having the sheep chewing on your kimono," Jun informed the heiress.

"Eh? Is that true?" she was thinking for a while. "I guess I'll be having lamb chop for tonight," she muttered to herself before she finished her lunch. "Ah, this is so delicious," she said with satisfaction before she set down the empty box, putting her hands together. "Gochiosama~"

"Glad you like it, Kinzaki-san," Jun said.

"Y'know, this bein' Nagashima," deadpanned Kyo, "I really can't tell whether you're jokin' or not. Is this related to that dude who Hotaru tells me once flooded the school with water an' fish...?"
