Kakeru handed Kinzaki his bento before he gave Seiichi a dismayed look. "I know what that smile means," he said. "It says 'Of course I was trolling her, that's how I have fun', or something similar..." he said. "Or am I wrong?" he smiled. "And Kirihara-san, are you alright?" Kakeru asked the girl. "Did you eat anything before going to school?" The girl shook her head, and Kakeru frowned. "Why?" Kakeru asked. "...d-diet..." Kinzaki said, averting her gaze in embarrassment. Kakeru just sighed. "Well, you shouldn't do that, you see? You shouldn't neglect your breakfast or you may fall sick," then, he glanced at Seiichi. "Or you may turn out like him. Skinny and pathetic-looking..." "...!" Kinzaki's eyes widened in horror when Kakeru said that. "A-and thank you for the food!" "You're welcome," Kakeru replied. "So, where are you going to eat?" "Umm... rooftop?" Kinzaki said. "Good idea," Kakeru nodded. "So, do you prefer going alone? Or do you wish for a company?" Kinzaki was thinking for a moment. She felt slightly uncomfortable around men, but this Kakeru was kind, just like Satosu. Perhaps it's good to have him around. "I'd like to have a company," she smiled. "Let's go." |

Note to self: empty out Kakeru Kagami's bank account. Seiichi glared when Kakeru cracked wise about his physique. "Brains beat brawn, Kakeru-san. I've got an IQ just 2 points shy of genius." He shrugged it off, though. "May I join?" asked Seiichi. In all honesty, he justed wanted to see if Kinzaki would get cranky again and push Kakeru off the rooftop. |

"Indeed, brain often beats brawn, but I have both..." Kakeru replied with a smile. And he knew that from the sound of it, Seiichi might be planning on something to screw him up, like emptying his bank account or something, but with his extensive knowledge in many things as a former hitman, he could prepare himself. So what if Seiichi could hack his account? Hackers were wimps anyway. "Alright, Mr. Genius, you 'may' join," Kakeru said. "Let's go, Kirihara-san." Kinzaki nodded before both of them went upstairs, going to the rooftop. |

Seiichi followed along. He was kind of hungry himself, having just recently taken a pay cut for the incident at the computer store and not able to buy groceries for himself. But he could deal with it. |

"Okay... itadakimasu~!" Kinzaki said before she began eating. But seconds after that, she stopped as she looked at Kakeru. "Umm... would you please not watch?" she asked. "Ah, yes... silly me," Kakeru said, turning around as Kinzaki sat and ate the lunch. Kakeru just let the girl enjoying her meal as he walked several steps away, looking at the sky. In the meantime, he also looked at Seiichi, putting him under his watchful eyes in case he's trying to troll Kinzaki again. That guy was so smug beyond belief. |

Seiichi pulled out his laptop and plugged his latest project into the USB port: The COMPStation Viva handheld had just came out a day ago and Seiichi had it pre-ordered just so he could crack it. Seiichi cracked his knuckles as he began typing furiously, trying to shut down the DRM checker. |

Kakeru noticed that Seiichi was dealing with his computer stuff. And he didn't really care. And Kinzaki was eating. It's delicious. |

Seiichi began mumbling computer code as he typed, the keys sounding like machine gun fire He was in the 'zone' now: To interrupt him would be like signing your own death warrant. |

Kakeru yawned as he counted the clouds in the sky. Nothing good to do. Kinzaki was still eating. She's a slow eater. |

Seiichi contemplated telling Kinzaki about Hiroko's crush on her....but, once again, Seiichi remembered that he disliked Hiroko. The laptop made a mournful beeping sound as its battery began to run low. Seiichi got up and began looking for an outlet. Yes, it would be odd if he found one on the rooftop but then again, this was Nagashima... |
