WHERE THE FUCK IS MARIO
Treo gave a smile. "Tokyo eh? I have some relatives out there." The truth was he didn't, but familarity bred friendship and how was they to know that was a lie. "Nice place." He gave a friendly smile. "Well what kind of Taiyoutono student would I be if I didn't show you the '7 Mysteries of Taiyoutono'?" He nodded to Seiichi.

"You've heard of those, right? They're a pretty old thing."

"All I think I can remember is the Seventh: that even though there are only six mysteries, everyone insists there are seven, right?" guessed Seiichi.

"I've heard about them before," Jun nodded. During his time as Isoroku, it happened that he remembered about most things about this school. "Though I have to wonder where did it come from exactly..." he looked at Treo.

"I dunno... I'm on my way to eighth, I'd say, Treo-sempai." said Charles as he walked up behind Treo. He spun a basketball on his index finger, as he grinned to the others. "Charles Oliviera, currently on the run from the basketball team. Damn pleasure to meet you two. I'll be your second tour guide."

He took a sweeping look over the new kid, then gave a casual nod to Seiichi. He returned his eyes over the new kid. Hmm. Thin. Short hair like the childhood friend that usually gets friendzoned in all the mangas and VNs. Thin. Trap looking. Nice choice in clothes. Delicious looking. He ranked with Oliver in prettiness, at least. He winked at the small boy playfully.

"I think Treo will be able to explain the origins of all the wonders with the exception of me. I'm a mysterious guy, after all."

"You gay, son?"

Nope. You're j- That's my line.

"I thought you were staring at him."

No, you were.

"NO YOU!"

Seiichi said nothing further, but mentally groaned. This world was just so full of stupid people...for example, this guy now winking at the Might-Be-Reverse-Trap. This guy was giving off the whole 'Life is Good' naive vibe. Seiichi didn't like that sort of thing. Then again, Seiichi just didn't like anyone. He was just tolerant with them- after high school, he would never have to speak to these slack-jawed dunces ever again...

Treo smirked as Charles appeared. "Yes well, I guess you are a mystery, of how someone can be so happy now especially in Nagashima of all places. The basketball team will probably want that back by the way." He smirked at Charles.

"No mystery, just a monkey and a woman and now we're stuck with a half man half monkey." He grinned, showing it was only in jest. "Alright, the first mystery is by the school fountain." He walked off in that direction, assuming the others would follow.

"Nice to meet you, Oliviera-san," Jun said. "My name is Jun Kariyama. Nice to meet you," he smiled before he bowed politely. He hoped that this boy wouldn't recognize his true identity. "I shall be in your care for now, Oliviera-san."

When Treo said about the first mystery, Jun nodded before he followed after Treo. He looked forward to see this mystery with his own eyes.

Charles smirked, then gave the boy a light left hook to the pec. "What does that make you then? Half skinny Chinaman, half girl?" chuckled the boy. "And Jun, it's nice to meet you too. I'll take care of you for the time being, then."

He followed Treo, walking besides Jun as they went towards the fountain. He noticed that Seiichi seemed to be rather bored following them. Oh well. Let's see if we can find a way to make that kid perk up a bit.

"Oh yes, the fountain. One of the biggest mysteries to all newfolk, like myself when I came here. I remember I had to steal a few one and five hundred yen coins out of there for lunch one day. That was a great day. The lunch lady wouldn't stop asking me why that shit was dripping water. I told her I gave the coins a shower because they had a hot date with her. Now she never asks about my lunch money. Good times." reminsced Charles, dribbling the ball.

Treo smirked. "Half mysterious and half need to know, guess what? You don't need to know." He smirked back at the boy, taking the hit in his stride. As Charles gave his colour commentary on the fountain, Treo removed a 500 yen piece from his pocket, judging the angle and the speed of the toss before nodding.

"Its said if you can bounce a coin from the lip to the center without it falling in the water, the coin will come back as a larger amount of money. Its a tricky shot, so people only try it when they need the money the most." He flicked the coin, watching it sail from the lip to the center, a note fluttering towards him for 5000 yen.

"Amazing, is it not?" He handed the 5000 yen to Jun and turned on his heel. "Next we have to go to the biggest tree."

Seiichi shrugged. Might as well give it a try: he had his eye on a new tablet. Tossing a 100 yen coin, the coib richocheted off the lip, hit the center...

And kept going.

Bounding off the center of the fountain, it hit the lip on the otherside and rolled off, falling into a storm drain and landing in the water below with a disheartening 'kerplunk'.

Well...that's what I get for believing in fairy tales and urban legends...
