Oh my God, I LEFT THE STOVE ON AT HOME!

Hiroko smiled at Kinzaki. God, she's adorable... thought Hiroko. Which is probably why I'm so suspicious of this Satosu person...what's he up to...?

Lemme guess, you're gonna kick this guy's ass if he tries to hurt your beloved Kinzaki-chan?

Damn straight!

Satosu was all smiles, nodding and agreeing. "Sure, sure, he can come along." He shot a half-joking, half-condescending smile at Hiroko. "Just please don't try and make any jokes; I couldn't handle the lack of talent." He had turned around, not allowing Kinzaku to see his expression, although he SOUNDED sincere.

He turned back around, smiling at Kinzaki. "Shall we be off?" His words were kind, but his thoughts were not: "If this guy tries to pull anything, I'll ruin him."

Kinzaki nodded and smiled, still not noticing the hidden meaning behind Satosu's words towards Hiroko. Apparently, she didn't know the tension in the air, or at least pretended to not know it.

"Yes," she said to Satosu. "Please lead the way, Hasha-san."

Hiroko mentally pumped his fist into the air. Alright, you pretty-boy creep, don't even try pulling any weird shit now! I'll break your fucking face in! thought the comedian

Satosu didn't even pretend to remember Hiroko was there as he looked around. He put a hand on his chin, starting to think. "Hmm... Well, if it's lunch, then I guess... there." He smiled at Kinzaki. "Would you like to go see a few of the clubs? Or have you checked them out yet already?" He made a vague gesture over to his left. "Most of the classrooms the clubs meet in are somewhere over there, and a lot of them do meet at lunch, so if you wanted to check them out..."

He paused. "By the way, do you still have the walking stick? In case we need it. Or do you feel comfortable without it?"

"I don't join any club yet since my schedule is so tight, and I still haven't check them out," Kinzaki told the boy. After school, she attended tuition classes, violin classes and she occasionally went to help her father. She rarely had free time to join even a club activity. "But going to see them won't hurt either. Please do, Hasha-san."

When Satosu asked her about her walking stick, Kinzaki shook her head. "I think there's no need for that, Hasha-san. You don't have to worry about me. And since you'll be leading the way, I think it's fine," she displayed her cute smile, a smile of a true yamato nadeshiko.

And she still ignored Hiroko. Poor guy.

"Full schedule? Maybe you should try to take breaks more often...you don't want to get burned out." said Hiroko, becoming more and more unhappy with how little attention Kinzaki was giving to him.

A tight schedule; fascinating. Satosu nodded. "You do seem like a busy person, Kirihara-san." When she told him she didn't need the walking stick and smiled, Satosu couldn't help but give one of his few genuine smiles back. It was infectious; he couldn't help it. "If you're sure... Let's be off, then." He turned around, walking past Hiroko, assuming he would follow, and walking towards the club classrooms.

He glanced back, making sure Kinzaki was still there and that that creep Hiroko wasn't trying to get close to her or something. "I disagree. A full schedule is the sign of an excellent student. Colleges and future employers will appreciate that kind of dedication. Going full throttle in your youth will better prepare you for the future. You're gonna burn out at some point, so might as well have it happen sooner, rather than later." Satosu had dozens of arguments to counter what he just said, but he just felt like disagreeing with Hiroko.

He glanced back at Kinzaki. "If you ever do have trouble in school, talk to me; I know a few people that could help you out. I obviously couldn't tutor you myself, since..." He gave her a knowing nod before shrugging. "Yeah."

Kinzaki gave a kind smile to Hiroko as she noticed his presence again. "Ah, you don't have to worry about me, Hiroko-san. That's how I live my life," she said before she looked at Satosu again.

She nodded when Satosu told her that she could speak to him in case she got herself into trouble. "I'll remember that, Hasha-san. Thank you for your kindness..." she bowed slightly to the bespectacled boy, showing her gratitude towards him.

Then, she ignored Hiroko's presence, again.

Hiroko coughed again. "So, where do you propose we go?"
