hey so like your the imoto dude right? so seeing as how i've got a braindemon now, and what with the droves of people now out to murder me. i guess i need like a weapon now?
thing is though i'm not one of the fucking like 200 kids that's all trained in martial arts and shit. so long story short i've got no weapon experience.
that and money is like tight. well i mean if you've lived in nagashima you know that surprise surprise not all of us are corporate heirs.
so like i dunno a knife or something?

I am indeed. Knives are good and easy. I've got a lot of them. Have you considered the possibility of going with a blunt instrument, though? Those require less training, but tend not to be concealable because they need to be heavy.
Also, you might want to see if anyone can give you lessons at the training center. Bad idea to try to fight if you don't know what you're doing.

right concealable is a necessity. so knife it is then. now then about the price. i mean obviously i need something that's...well you know going to be able to do what a knife does. it's also going to need to be like concealable and stuff. i don't need anything like super flashy though.
like i said, corporate heir i am definitely not. so can we talk prices?
guess i'll look into training after actually getting a knife with which to train.

Well, you see, I make them when business is slow as a way of keeping sharp. You can come in and take a look at what I've already got, we'll call it 1k yen, and that'll be that. Hate to think about someone going down there unarmed.

You needed aluminum right? Look, I work for the Nagashima Road Authority - we have storehouses full of aluminum siding and railing all over the city that admin has just *lost*. This organization is not run very well at all - bad for me, but in this case, in can be pretty sweet for you. I'm not sure if it's just aluminum either, some of these places might contain other scrap metals too - steel, shit like that.
I can get you charcoal rubs of the keys to the locks of these places if you're interested, at a cut-rate too. If someone doesn't do something with this shit it's just gonna sit in those storehouses and corrode. Just lemme know and we can work something out if you're down.

This might be a weird request. But do you do appraisals and repairs?
I ask because I already have a personal sword, but I need to know if your skills can handle the task if my weapon breaks.

Is there a legal way to get at it? I live with my uncle, who's in the Nagashima PD, and I think it might cause some awkward dinner table conversation if I get caught stealing massive amounts of aluminum.

I do indeed. Though I really hate making Tamahagane, so I hope that your sword remains in good condition. If you want to bring it by, then feel free. An appraisal shouldn't take that long.
