That's cool by me, I'll get by with the crossbow and my shinai in the mean time. I really appreciate it.

From: SilentApathyTo: KrishnaTextLikeAnEgyptian told me you could make weapons for help in the ruins? I was looking to get a decent bow (specifically a "Recurve bow"), I have enough to pay for it of course. I'm sure there are added details i'm missing about the bow, please inform me if that is the case.

Normally I work with metal almost exclusively, but I've been branching out a bit. You'll have to give me a bit more information on what you're looking for: Recurve is a shape, and doesn't tell me much about the sort of material you want.
Do me a favor: Go and buy the bowstring for the bow you're looking for, and send me the specifications for it along with the sort of material you'd like me to work with. I'll get something worked out for you.
Once I've got those all figured out, I can give you a price quote, but I doubt it would be more than 5,000 yen.

After a lot of researching I have come to my conclusions.
I bought Dacron B50 bowstring (which seems to be recommended for the shape).
As for material I have decided to go with lemonwood (seem to be great wood for bows and looks nice as well).
And that price sounds very reasonable.

Okay, let me go and get some lemonwood with which to work and beg my way into the wood shop at school. Maybe three days or so?

Oh, and bring arrows. Carving out a whole bunch seems really labor intensive and I've got some other orders I need to work on.

If it's alright with you, will you make a mace for me? I mean the one that can be used to bludgeon the enemies. I think I need to replace my crowbar because it's already so messed-up beyond repair, and I think a mace is a good replacement for it.
If it's alright with you, that's it.

Perfectly happy to, but I'll need some specifications about length and weight. I imagine you want it heavier if you're going to be doing some bludgeoning with it. Any particular preference about other parts of it? Like...flanging or knobs or anything?

Preferable if it's one-meter long, and yes, I wish to have it heavier. I don't really mind about the other parts.
