Hello, I have a HP Notebook laptop computer, product number N5Y90UA#ABA. I purchased it in November 2015. It has Windows 10. I use the built-in (Microsoft?) photo editor every day. It is the photo editor that appears when I double-click on an image on "desktop". It was working fine until today. Today, for some unknown reason, it started acting strange. I click on "edit" and then "crop and rotate". The white lines (box) don't move in the direction I want them to. When I try to move it left, it goes right. When I try to move it down, it goes up. Sometimes, it jumps all around. It is acting really crazy. I downloaded a Microsoft Windows 10 update today, but it didn't correct the problem. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any idea? Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
