What are you waiting for? Join our community today! ![]() Welcome to Parallel World, a forum devoted to RPing and general chat. Our roleplay is about, literally, a parallel world. In this world, there are four different races: Humans, Vampires, Anthros, and Dragon Lords. Humans are a race of versatile beings. They're all quite different from each other, and they're able to adapt to different environments. They're not fond of other races, and they like to keep to themselves. Nevertheless, you'll find Humans all over the globe. Most Vampires used to be Humans, until they were bitten by the pure Vampires (no one knows how they came to exist). The Vampires have a lust for Human blood, and like to bite Humans, which transforms them into Vampires. They also like the dark and despise the light. A lot are evil and mean, but some are simply misunderstood. Anthros are a cross between a particular animal and a Human. They're very connected with nature, but they can also exist in society. Many non-Anthros think the Anthros are a strange race. This is upsetting because, while Anthros enjoy the company of themselves, they really want to fit in. Dragon Lords are the lords of the land. They rule this parallel world, and they have a strong hierarchical system to it. Dragon Lords look like Humans with some Dragon characteristics, such as wings, sharp teeth, or the ability to breathe fire. Dragon Lords can also fly, and they can transform into their Dragon form. They are also the masters of magic, though all races know and use magic. If you're already a member please log in to your account to access all of our features: |

Saki, wearing a white robe, kneel down in front of the red satin altar. She closed her eyes and began to recite a prayer in her head. Dearest Lord, I give my thanks for the world, I give my thanks for my life, I give my thanks for my sentience, I give my promise to forever worship thou, For you are my creator and my savior, I give my thanks, Lord. As she finished praying, she slowly got up and walked around the altar for a bit, checking out the statues of various historical holy men and women. |
