 Well, the main problem is that I can't SEE the banner. It appears to be a link, and just a link.
As for updating rules, it mainly happens when people break the rules, so you can update the rules
with examples of a crime, like an example of a sentence that breaks the rules.

try using skin 4, that is what i am on and the banner shows up just fine.

i took it as feedback, i cut down on the mods. i can't make the banner redirect to the homepage at the moment, and i don't know why you want me to update the rules, can you explain what i should update?
i dont now what you guys are talking about?
