Don't Know Favorite Anime/Manga Gurren Lagann Watching/Reading/Playing Dune	Well, I would like this forum to become a large forum, and if we keep being so close knit with very specific threads partaining to a individual in sections like this, than new members will feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I have no modding rights here, or in most places where specific threads happen. We also need to stop using real names guys. If you want to call someone by a well known nickname that's fine, but calling someone by a real name that is very differant from they're forum name will just confuse people. Now I know people will say "we are a small forum, screw you booboo!!!11!" but in order to become bigger, we need to stop being so close with how we post and make threads. I would like to see us with at least 40 active members by the end of the 2008-2009 school year(ones we DON'T know in real life), and hopefully 60. That would be great. I'd lastly like to point out that this place isn't even really a forum. Right now it's a place where people from the highschool go to talk about crap. In fact, as far as I know none of the zetaboards forums are really big. Look at PANDAmugen(which I think is the biggest zetaboards forum). They have around 750 members, but the most they've had online is 40... I'm not so annoyed by this topic but by its title. It is a good example of close knitness in this forum. I do think this thread should go in a differant section at least. [/rant] I liked Slow Dancing in a Burning Room, you played it well. You should try some non blues stuff.

I stopped trying to get members and get our rank up a LONG time ago and joined PandaMugan and Anime-Tsukaima. There I can meet people I don't know and can make a name for myself. Hell, my mod name on AT is "The Rated-R Superstar" after the Canadian wrestler. To me, working and posting here was really to keep in touch with friends. That's all I see when I see OF anymore. I just can't picture it as a large hub for anime fans like PM. Now, I respect your opinion, but I just can't see us like PM. Oh, and PM has about 60-70 active members and AT hhas bout 90-100 depending on season Edited by Edge, Aug 20 2008, 10:38 PM.
